Beware!! Expect to be led astray by lies!! I have owned my Dodge truck for over 16 years and this is the worst dealership I’ve ever been to. Took it in for a simple seatbelt fixed had alread I have owned my Dodge truck for over 16 years and this is the worst dealership I’ve ever been to. Took it in for a simple seatbelt fixed had already troubleshot the problem told him what I wanted done. RossSmith the shop advisor call me within the hour telling me I need new seat belts that will cost me $1000 I told him I’d be up to get the truck then he changed his story and said he could fix the driver side for $318 so call them when they said it be ready come to find out now they say they need to put the part on that I wanted them to put in in the first place I told him forget it get my truck ready to go I was coming to get it. It was very apparent they’re dishonest and don’t know what they’re doing !!nothing but crooks and liars and I really hope people will be wary I have never been so upset witha dealership in my life. Very Unhappy makes me sad because I always talk dodges up i’m so upset I may just have to go GMC which makes me sad because I have loved my Dodge truck .I just want to warn other people be aware that they are going to hit you with some high price stuff you don’t need please be aware oh yes and then to top it all off when I went to get my truck had a completely dead battery I drove it in there in perfect working condition absolutely terrible service !!!! Rude, out for your $ First greeted at “express” service desk by young lady who asked me to back my car out, park “over there”, and go see someone else “through that door”. First greeted at “express” service desk by young lady who asked me to back my car out, park “over there”, and go see someone else “through that door”. I obeyed, finally explained to the service rep that I had an appointment for a recall service and that I was having trouble filling the gas tank because the fume recovery system was shutting it off every few seconds. I waited two hours without a word from anyone. Finally I went to the service desk, saw that my car was parked outside and asked if it was ready. Service rep says, “it’ll be ready soon, but it looks like you need a new gas tank, that’s $1600.” Since there is no problem with the gas tank, merely a little rubber tube that vents fumes from the tank, I was unhappy and loudly declined to take their generous offer. I was then informed that I owed them $131 for the honor of being told that I need an unnecessary $1600 gas tank. Rude people, questionable honesty. More
Shop Foreman was great! The Shop Foreman, Jim Moran, was very responsive to our concern regarding a vibration when we would put our 2014 Jeep Cherokee in reverse. He quickly The Shop Foreman, Jim Moran, was very responsive to our concern regarding a vibration when we would put our 2014 Jeep Cherokee in reverse. He quickly diagnosed the problem and ordered the part for the repair. We were informed the car was still safe to drive, scheduled the date for the repair which would be considered as warranty work, with no charge to us. On the date of the service the repair was accomplished in about half the time we were originally told it would take. We were very pleased with the work to eliminate the vibration we had identified. The Shop Foreman was great, the Service Writer was also friendly and good to work with, We were quite pleased with the service we received. More
