Restoring the operability of factory installed navigation. Many thanks to the Service Department at Boniface Hiers Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram for correcting a problem with the factory navigation system in my 2014 Many thanks to the Service Department at Boniface Hiers Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram for correcting a problem with the factory navigation system in my 2014 Dodge Journey that developed during a routine recall service visit. The recall was successfully completed, but a quirk occurred resulting in the loss of some navigation functionality. When I spoke with the Service Manager, Mr. Ed O'Donnell, about the issue he was very understanding. He did some checking, and called to inform me that even though the issue was unrelated to the recall, they were going to correct the problem anyway. He lined me up with Jim Moran the Shop Foreman who personally handled this issue. Mr. Moran was good to work with, and he saw to it that the issue was resolved. This dealership went above and beyond. I am grateful for the service. A great experience. More

Jim Moran I recently ran over a HUGE rock and the protector underneath my car was hitting my tire on my way home so I stopped at this dealership because I knew I recently ran over a HUGE rock and the protector underneath my car was hitting my tire on my way home so I stopped at this dealership because I knew if I drove all the way to the Melbourne Mazda dealership the piece would of been destroyed. So I walked in and the guy at the desk told me that they don't specialize in Mazdas and that I was going to have to go to Melbourne. Then this sweet guy named Jim Moran jumped in and said he'd try to do his best to fix it for me until I got to Melbourne. He did that exact thing and he didn't even have too because those aren't cars that they work on. That man made my day! More

2009 Chrysler Town & Country Starting Problem My 2009 Town & Country developed a start problem about a month ago. I called Gator and they could not service my car until 1 month later. I called you My 2009 Town & Country developed a start problem about a month ago. I called Gator and they could not service my car until 1 month later. I called your establishment and was taken right away. Craig was my service contact and was so good and honest about every little detail. He kept the car almost a week and the problem would never show up on his diagnostics testing. He and I both thought the problem was related to fuel pump pressure regulator or Fuel filter. But after a week of testing over and over again, the problem would not show itself on diagnostics and of course the car would start normally. So, Craig called me and told me all that was done to find the problem. I came and got the car and it does start, but still starts after two attempts to crank the engine. The first crank with VOB turned to start it would not start or some times start after about 10 seconds. But after turning the key to run and then a second time to start, the car will always start normally. I looked this problem up on internet and several cases said that they had the same symptoms and it was either a dirty fuel filter of the fuel pump which also has a fuel pump regulator valve /that might be bad also.. So, right now the car is usable since it seems to start every time on the second crank. Craig told me that every test possible was done and he was so honest and I was so thankful for his honesty. All the fuel pressures tested fine on the fuel pump. He did not want to guess at what the problem was and that is a very good attribute in a service man. I know he tried to repair the car. So I guess I will just run the car like it is for a while longer to see if the problem gets worse. More
