Partial service I’ve brought my vehicles to this service department on several occasions. My Commander has been there on a few occasions, more significantly for an oi I’ve brought my vehicles to this service department on several occasions. My Commander has been there on a few occasions, more significantly for an oil leak and the again on a coolant leak. On both occasions the vehicle was returned with low fluids, oil down a quart after attempting to fix the oil leak and again the coolant reservoir nearly empty after replacing the thermostat housing and heater hoses. The lack of follow thru and paying attention to details is disappointing. More

GOOD SERVICE BROUGHT MY 2015 T&C UP TO THIS DEALER. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I AM USING THEM. Great Service for our 2015 Jeep Sahara Bought our Jeep last year from BonifaceHiers. We're not local, so when we got the Jeep back home, we had problems with the Navigation system. We got back to Cocoa Beach a year later and was told, "no problem, We'll take care of it!". Jim Moran, the Shop Foreman ordered us a new unit which came in really fast. My wife and I went to Service and was in and out in 20 minutes. Jim took care of us personally and we couldn't believe how hassle free the experience was. Jim is really big on customer service, he's like having your favorite uncle working at the dealership! Great customer service and personal care. More
