Test drove a 2024 Ram Tuesday afternoon. I Knew the vehicle I was interested and enjoyed the driving experience. James, the so-called salesman, gave me a number that was reasonable. I told him I would get back the next day, as I needed to secure price/service to transport car to New England. Tuesday I secured transport and contacted my insurance agent for all the needed info/numbers, etc to transfer plates from my old truck. Late Tuesday afternoon James called me and I told him, while I wasn't 100 per cent, I was pretty certain I would be over in the morning to finalize the deal. I also told him if a buyer wanted it, do what you have to do. I arrived around 11:00 AM on Wednesday morning, all necessary info and funding needed. James blows me off, stating he had another customer to close a deal with. So he pawns me off, as he and the new dolt state that they are splitting the commission. Weird. The the new dolt does the computer play game. Low and behold the truck is no longer available - shocking! But the dolt says, "Well let me see what else we have." Know know what you have - no gonads ! Obviously I politely excuse myself, take my paper work, and head for my car. As I walk through the show room the no-xxxxx James standing at a counter chit-chatting with a secretary. Why would you, or anyone, want to deal with this low-end dealership? More
BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE! !!!!!! BONIFACE HIERS COCOA CDJR Leased a 2024 Jeep Wrangler High Altitude 4XE on May 5, 2024. Car went back into dealer on May 8, 2024. Electric Bat !!!!!! BONIFACE HIERS COCOA CDJR Leased a 2024 Jeep Wrangler High Altitude 4XE on May 5, 2024. Car went back into dealer on May 8, 2024. Electric Battery kept dying Overnight. Tried explaining to service manager and NO ONE WOULD LISTEN TO WHAT I WAS SAYING. Advised me I was wrong and the car was fine. Once the electric battery was charged it would not go to sleep. Therefore car was dead everyday. Physically went to service department and made them plug the vehicle in and we watched together as it was not switching to the off mode and kept refreshing, which was causing the drainage of the battery!!! They finally admitted there was a problem. Dealer started a STAR case and told us they were waiting on parts. After two weeks the part came in wrong. They sent correct part a week later but that did not work either. Today is July 26, 2024 and we have been back and forth with Bonifiace Hiers for 3 months. We are told they currently do not have a fix for this and advised by Boniface Heirs to contact their Customer Care Dept. I was assigned a case number on July 8, 2024. As of today we were told that we should pick up our car and return the rental. I continue to make $800 monthly payments. We are being told the jeep is drivable but if I bring the jeep home and charge it, the car will be dead in the morning. Dealership admits this is a problem but will offer no help. Dealership said it is out of their hands. LEMON LAW LAWYER IS MY ONLY OPTION NOW. More

You arent in the business to take advantage of your customer and in my situation you did excatly that. so you have earned the review I am leaving. I should not have to find out from your mazda store that there were warranties added ontop of the forever warrant that came with the car. As much as you want to tell the custome a conversation was had in wasn't not an in depth one. Had no idea it was covered bumper to bumper you never mentioned that but that was one of the additional warranties you added without a discussion. More

If you are only looking to have an express oil change done, then this dealership is ok. Any other service, you might want to look elsewhere. I chose to work with this dealership since it was the closest done, then this dealership is ok. Any other service, you might want to look elsewhere. I chose to work with this dealership since it was the closest and my vehicle is still covered under the manufacturer warranty. Unfortunately they don’t have the most knowledgeable technicians or service advisors. Maybe they are just trying to push me away because I’m female, but I like to think I am knowldedgeble enough. Multiple times now I have brought my vehicle in for an issue that they have tried to tell me nothing is wrong or they tell me something else is causing the issue. This has caused me to have to bring my vehicle in repeatedly for the same issue. I have even had to go in prepared to provide them an issued service bulletin because they don’t want to put the effort into diagnosing the problem. (Whistling side mirror and they told me it was caused by the cowl cover) They have most recently decided to tell me I must have hit something and caused damage in the undercarriage area and now I have multiple missing bolts. Not likely and I think I would know if I hit something. This dealership is the only facility to ever do any service to my vehicle so I’d there are missing bolts, someone didn’t install them properly or maybe forgot to put them back in ( maybe when they did the motor mount replacement) They also tried to tell me I had only had 3 service visits with them, but it’s more like 10 over the last 2.5 years. I will be happy when I finally get rid of this jeep. As someone who has been loyal to the Jeep name and last 4 vehicles have been Jeeps, this will be my last unless I move somewhere that has better service department. More
I recently had my RAM in for an oil change service. Ilona was my advisor and she was a pleasure to work with. She greeted me and explained what services I was and wasn't due due for. I was there as a waiter and she made sure I was comfortable and informed. She got my vehicle back to me quickly even during lunch hour. I am very pleased with the service I was provided.
