Jeep Renegade repair Brought my Jeep in because the heat was not working, turned out to be the water pump had a crack in it, they overnighted the part they needed and got Brought my Jeep in because the heat was not working, turned out to be the water pump had a crack in it, they overnighted the part they needed and got me my car back ASAP. Next day, I noticed my acceleration was weak, I brought it back in, turns out the hose going to the turbo was loose because of being taken off more than once, they replaced it and had my car back to me within 2 hours. Very understanding people as I was supposed to be leaving the next day for a road trip. They squeezed me into the schedule and got me taken care of almost immediately. Craig was our service advisor and Jim Moran was the shop foreman that got us in so quickly. Both of these men who work for Boniface are absolutely AMAZING! It was awesom I went to get my oil changed and to get a recall item done. They where swamped with cars getting there oil changed and I really did not have to much t I went to get my oil changed and to get a recall item done. So I was getting ready to leave and come back some other time when the shop foreman Jim Moran stop me and ask why I was leaving and I told him I only could wait for a hour and he said no problem he could get it done in 45 minutes. and in 45 minutes I had my truck keys back in my hands.
