Took it to dealer who ran a pressure test to locate the leak. The Service Advisor, Craig Hiers, called to advise it was the water pump and the parts were in their warehouse. It was iffy is it could be ready the next day. We explained that we were due to leave the campsite and there were no others available. Mr Hiers said he would do his best. The following day we went by the dealership to retrieve our handicap placard and Mr. Hiers introduced us to Jim Moran the Shop Foreman and explained our situation. Mr Moran states that the truck had just come in with the parts and he was going to bump us up in order to get the job done that day so we could head north the next day. We got a call at three o'clock that afternoon. As we are not regular customers, we were pleasantly surprised that Mr Moran went out of his way to accommodate us. We will highy recommend them. More

New battery while on vacation. We had an issue with our Chrysler T&C 12 hours before boarding our cruise ship. AAA towed it to Boniface that evening, I arrived at 7:45am and they w We had an issue with our Chrysler T&C 12 hours before boarding our cruise ship. AAA towed it to Boniface that evening, I arrived at 7:45am and they were already open. I described the problem and feared it was the TIPM, within one hour they responded with an estimate. It was only the battery. I had Boniface install a new battery and few extra maintenance procedures(that probably didn't need to be done, but was so happy with them thus far that I thought "why not") The estimate was reasonable. I didn't feel taken advantage of because of our situation. When we arrived back on Friday, the van was already to go. We picked it up and drove to Orlando then back to Toledo, OH with absolutely no problems. So, if you are on vacation and need emergency car repairs go to Boniface. They will take good care of you. More

Car overheating issues My husband bought a used car from Boniface a few weeks ago and unfortunately (due to issues that could not have possibly been foreseen) his water pum My husband bought a used car from Boniface a few weeks ago and unfortunately (due to issues that could not have possibly been foreseen) his water pump needed to be replaced. When I called the dealership and explained, they immediately towed my car to the service center and replaced the water pump free of charge without questions asked. They know that we only had the car for a couple of weeks and really took care of us and provided awesome customer service. Jim was very responsive, called me back quickly and kept me informed throughout the whole process. Now the car is like new again and we are very happy. More

Ilona/Service We moved here in Nov 2018 and it was time for my new KIA That I purchased in WV to be servicedI I went to Boniface Heirs because I have a maintenance We moved here in Nov 2018 and it was time for my new KIA That I purchased in WV to be servicedI I went to Boniface Heirs because I have a maintenance contract on the car. I full expected I might have issues being out of state. At the service desk I met Ilona to whom I explained my needs and she said NO problem. She found me in the system took my car in and performed the service in a very timely manner and made me feel like I was the only customers had. She is always so friendly and helpful.
