Great Service Department I bought a 2016 Dodge Diesel 1500 and had a problem with the DEF fuel pump. After checking it out,I was told it would cost me over $2000 because I did I bought a 2016 Dodge Diesel 1500 and had a problem with the DEF fuel pump. After checking it out,I was told it would cost me over $2000 because I didn't purchase the extended warranty. I was totally upset. I hadn't even made the first payment! How was this my fault? The Shop Foreman, Jim Moran stepped in for me and after two days he was able to get a price I was much happier with. Very pricey The representatives are very personal and pleasant. The work was done efficiently. My only complaint was the cost of 85 dollars for an oil change. The price of the products are already inflated and you are charged for labor so paying 9 dollars for “repair order” is rediculous. More

Excellent Service Department I had my truck serviced a couple of weeks ago. I wanted my tires rotated along with the oil change. He assured me he wanted to take care of my truck and offered me an appointment at my convenience to have my tires rotated at no cost. Correction of Keyless Entry Message I brought the Jeep in for service because there was a message stating "Keyless Entry Needs service" . The first time the problem was mis-diagnosed as I brought the Jeep in for service because there was a message stating "Keyless Entry Needs service" .
