We were concerned on whether or not there was damage done to the rim since we would be towing a travel trailer on our way home. I then decided to take our Durango to the nearest Dodge dealer which was Boniface Chrysler Dodge to get the tire and rim inspected. The first person from the service department I was able to get into contact with was Jim Moran. It was about a half hour before the shop even opened but he still took my car in to inspect the tire for me. He then inspected and balanced the tire to insure that there were no cracks and that there was no damage that would effect the integrity of the tire. I greatly appreciate the service I received not just from the dealership but from Jim as well. Having that piece of mind that the tire and rim were not compromised due to the accident made the transit home less stressful. More

Jim Moran and his crew serviced my 2016 Dodge Eco Diesel for what was apparent to them at the t I wrote a review for this department a few months ago. Jim Moran and his crew serviced my 2016 Dodge Eco Diesel for what was apparent to them at the time. But,other issues popped up later due to a factory recall with the emissions.My truck was in the shop for three weeks but I am happy to say it is running GREAT now. Jim made sure I had vehicle to drive while my truck was in the shop. He is a stand up guy and does whatever it takes to get the job done right. Service Disappointment. I recently moved to Cocoa and was looking to get an oil change service on my Jeep Wrangler. I went to the Boniface express lane in Merritt Island and I recently moved to Cocoa and was looking to get an oil change service on my Jeep Wrangler. I went to the Boniface express lane in Merritt Island and they proceeded to collect all the pertinent information. I indicated that my engine light had recently come on and asked if they could also let me know the cause so I could determine if it was a serious problem or something minor. I was told by the service manager that I would have to make an appointment and that it could not be done while I was having the oil changed. I decided to go elsewhere for my oil change. The other dealership I went to was happy to plug in the diagnostic tool and inform of what the problem was. It was nothing urgent and I made an appointment to have it taken care. Obviously I have found my new dealer for service and for a new Jeep I looked at in the showroom. Thanks Boniface for referring me to your competition! More

My original review is displayed prominently on this dealerships website under my name Gregg Taylor. I purchased my new 2018 Ram new last year. My fourth consecutive Ram. I had read the reviews online and not the just the one the dealership shares but all of them. I decided to take a chance and form my own thoughts. The purchase experiences was great , no issues. Routine service up to now was good, no complaints. Today I went in for my fourth oil change and was told I am due a mileage dictated service of 40k miles. I came for an oil change but thought ok lets hear the deal. So they shuffle you inside and and you stand at the counter while they add and add and add and then tell you the required service will be an extra 660.00. I said for what? Oh we rotate the tires and adjust your parking brake. After I laughed I was quickly told failure to do so will void by forever warranty. I will not lie, I felt like a victim of bait and switch and pressured into buying BS items to add to the bottom line of profit. I have ZERO issue paying for routine maintenance, that is part of ownership but this felt like a shakedown. The smugness of the service writer further agitated me. I left with a very bitter taste in my mouth. The quick change oil service line did give me great service. I think 90.00 for a standard oil change is robbery in itself but I assumed that was part of the life thing. But then to demand 660.00 additional dollars felt like they were trying to sell me a time share at disney. I paid for my oil change came home and removed the dealership tag from the front of my truck and scrapped the decal off the back. Step two was to start shopping for a new ride. You can guess where I will not be shopping. I totally understand the business side of this but a little transparency up front would have kept me a client indefinitely. Just read my review you so proudly keep upfront on your website. Fair is fair. When you were great you were great. Now, you are in the category of buy here pay her lots. Thankfully there are options ... Thanks for everything up till now. More
