A few days ago, I called to discuss my warranty, but there was a miscommunication with the front desk, which was frustrating. Take your finance advisor and salesperson's phone number instead of dealing with front desk. However, I eventually had the finance advisor, Douglas, call me back and email my warranty details. After reviewing the warranty with my father and husband, they agreed that it offered great coverage. I appreciate Douglas getting back to me quickly with that information, as it gave me peace of mind that I made the best choice that day. More
