DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.Purchased a used vehicle from DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Purchased a used vehicle from them. They convinced me to get the vehicle in my name only and refused to include my significan DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Purchased a used vehicle from them. They convinced me to get the vehicle in my name only and refused to include my significant other stating we could refinance at a later date to add him as adding him at the time they were unable to do (when I later found out they could). They convinced us to purchase extended warranty on top of the forever warranty but each time we brought the vehicle in for service they tried charging us. They failed to tell us about the crack in the windshield that we had to replace out of our pocket. They tried to charge us for an oil change shortly after getting the vehicle that should have been taken care of at the time of purchase. When we got the oil change I specifically asked for the tires to be balanced and rotated and all they did was rotate them and lied and said all we asked for was a rotation. I later found out that the extended warranty didn’t cover the balance which is why they only rotated the tires and never balanced them. So when I took the vehicle back and made them balance them they tried charging us until we pitched a fit about the continued shenanigans and after waiting there for hours the finally balanced the tires. The battery on the vehicle had to be replaced and they tried to charge us for this as well when we refused as we had just got the vehicle and we shouldn’t have to be responsible for all these services a vehicle we had just purchased especially with two warranties. They told us the extended warranty was bumper to bumper but failed to mention the exclusions and mileage cut off! Now the AC on the vehicle has went out and when we took it to our personal mechanic he advised it had been tampered with (which happened after our last service with them) and they charged us 123 dollars to diagnose it and said it would be 2000 dollars to fix! We have had this vehicle less than 8 months and all of this! We contacted Bob Steele who apologized for the issues Boniface has caused us and advised they’d waive their diagnostic fee and fix our AC for $900. I understand different dealerships have different pricing but whoa what a difference! I would not recommend this dealership to anyone and the only time they tried to contact us about our concerns is when they came across a social media post of us warning others of the shenanigans we’ve been dealing with when it comes to them since day 1 of getting this vehicle! More
