I have never been treated so well at a car dealership! First my salesman Matt Preston, went out of his way to help me get into the car i love! He went into detail with all of the new features, which are super exciting to have, and was just so patient with all my questions. I truly am extremely grateful for all of his efforts! Along with all of the management and finance, everyone was so friendly and super accommodating, to myself, my daughter, and granddaughter! I am definitely a loyal customer for life now and I will be referring everyone I know to this dealership! More
They were fantastic! Matt Bell was so lovely to work with! This dealership takes a very long time to do any type of work. I have also taken my car in twice for issues that they had to run diagnostics for, and both times they were not able to solve the issue and ret work. I have also taken my car in twice for issues that they had to run diagnostics for, and both times they were not able to solve the issue and returned my car to me with the issues not resolved. They also have very poor communication. They often do not answer the phone and don’t return voicemails. The most recent time I went, I was promised that I would receive a status update every day, but was NEVER called, and it took a lot of effort on my part to figure out what was happening with my car. I have decided I will not be going back to Boniface Hiers Chevrolet. More
