An oil change for my vehicle was completed on March 3, 2025. Charlie welcomed me to the drive-in service area and service advisor Bobby Sternberg arranged the oil change. NOT HAPPY AT ALL. ..They lied and said they completed tire rotation and it was never done...3 different people said it was completed and it was not...When they checked ..They lied and said they completed tire rotation and it was never done...3 different people said it was completed and it was not...When they checked the cameras,it was never done.Who knows if the oil change gets done when i take it in.
