I wish I had seen this site before driving 500 miles to buy a truck today. This dealership is very unprofessional, typical used car salesmen. I drove 225 miles one way to finalize a deal on a truck after buy a truck today. This dealership is very unprofessional, typical used car salesmen. I drove 225 miles one way to finalize a deal on a truck after speaking on the phone to one of their salesmen. After driving all that way, the deal went south when the "Sales Manager" decided he had to have asking price for his vehicle instead of coming off it a bit as was discussed on the phone. On top of that, I found out right before I left, the truck they were selling was a Lemon Law truck and taken back by Dodge because of issues from the prior owner!! More
I was dealing with the internet sales department on a new 2008 dodge diesle ram 2500. I talked to Jason and couldn't agree on a price at first. I had him e-mail me pictures of the truck to make sure it was w 2008 dodge diesle ram 2500. I talked to Jason and couldn't agree on a price at first. I had him e-mail me pictures of the truck to make sure it was what I am looking for. called back to work on the price. agreed on a price paid a deposit and said I was going to get plane ticket to come down and get truck. about an hour later another salesman called and said the rebates might be different the next week when I came to get the truck so the price might be different. we argued about this for a little while and he finally agreed the price would be as agreed earlier. when I called back to give Jason my flight info. he started telling me there were more fees and the price was several hundred than we agreed so I cancelled the sale. do not deal with these crooks no matter what. Bought 2005 Turbo Cummins Dodge 2500 P/U. Turbo failed at 100,000 miles. Chrysler authorized warranty replacement. I was charged $200.00. Why??? Replacement turbo had bad oil seal which sucked the oil at 100,000 miles. Chrysler authorized warranty replacement. I was charged $200.00. Why??? Replacement turbo had bad oil seal which sucked the oil out of engine. Engine low oil light came on; shut engine down; physically checked dipstick-oil almost gone; I replaced oil; contacted Bonham who quickly replaced turbo (which had less than 10,000 mi.) with no questions. NO CHARGE. And said "EVERYTHING FINE." Approx. one month later low oil again came on-back to Bonham Chrylser. All they said, "no problem with turbo." What they did not say was the turbo with the bad oil seal that sucked the oil out of the engine did serious damage. I found this out when I took vehicle to a Cummins Specialist who did a crank case pressure check which indicated some sort of internal engine damage. Bonham Chrysler's excuse for not claiming responsibility for this problem was a "the air filter was a little dirty." I use a K&N Filter. Right now this repair is costing me over $7,000.00. Would I recommend Bonham Chrysler to anyone? NOT ON A BET. And, check other Chrysler Dealers to ensure that owner of Bonham is not the owner of them. Hopefully, Fiat will close this dealership down and maybe, just maybe, justice will be served. More
Was assured by the salesman, Erik, that this car was in great shape (lie #1) and that the oil had been changed (lie #2). By the time we got it home, you could smell oil. Took it to Midas three days later great shape (lie #1) and that the oil had been changed (lie #2). By the time we got it home, you could smell oil. Took it to Midas three days later to have a maintenance check and was told that the engine was covered in oil, the gasket covers and pan were bad and needed to be replaced. They said there was no way possible that the dealership couldn't have known this. I told them I was a single mom, this was every penny I had and could not afford a car that would need work done on it. Erik said "I'd feel comfortable putting my grandmother in this car". I'm told it will cost over $800 to have this fixed. The car is a 93 Nissan Maxima with 171,000 miles on it. Yes, this concerned me, but was ASSURED by Eric that this car was in great shape and would run forever. I emailed Bonham after Midas gave us the bad news, emailed them twice, haven't heard a word back. This is where used car dealers get their bad names from. PLEASE BE WARNED, TAKE IT TO A MECHANIC FIRST BEFORE YOU BUY!! More
Drove over from Madill, OK, to look at used Commander. Found out when we got there that it was a lemon buy back. Turned out, lots of their used vehicles where either lemon buy backs or ones that had been Found out when we got there that it was a lemon buy back. Turned out, lots of their used vehicles where either lemon buy backs or ones that had been repurchased vehicles bought at auction. Then they want full value for them. Did find a truck we wanted, but 3 salesmen later still didn't have a final sale price on the truck or trade in value. Asked 3 times for a carfax and didn't get one. Took our keys to eval our trade in and wouldn't give them back for over 45 minutes. First salesman wanted to run a credit check before negotiating for the truck. Then they all wanted to only talk about monthly payments, but no hard values for anything. Very shady experience. Expected more from a "small town" dealership. Walked out when it became apparent that not a single person we talked with could give us hard sales price for the truck or a decent trade in. Kept telling us they were trying to call the "owner" to make the deal work. Worthless place! More
