This is by far the worst car buying experience I have ever had. Do not waste your time driving to this place. My fiance and I went to Bonham Chrysler off of a recommendation from a friend. We spoke with Austin and things seemed great. We told them that we could only put down $2000 on a car that was $7999 recommendation from a friend. We spoke with Austin and things seemed great. We told them that we could only put down $2000 on a car that was $7999 (not including TT&L), there did not seem to be a problem. Then we went to finance and waited. We were called back and told that we had to put $3000. This is not something that we were able to do and we told them so. We shook hands with the finance person and went to our truck. We did not see our sales person so we kept going. The following day we received a call from Austin asking why we didn't say bye...I found this to be offputting but explained what happened in finance. He said they were working on getting us a deal, but in the mean time check with my bank to see if I could get financing through them. I did this, was not able to get the financing and tried calling him back. He did not answer his page, nor did I hear anything back from him the following day. We found out that we were approved with another dealer for a new car so we went with them. Over the past few days we have had a few calls from Bonham Chrysler, however have not answered due to the off putting service we received. Today my fiance receives a call from a number he does not know and answeres it. It was Austin from Bohnam Chrysler and he gets frustrated with him for not answering his phone or returning his phone calls. After my fiance says we are no longer in the market he was hung up on. This is HORRIBLE service and I will not recommend anyone to go to Bonham Chrysler. More
Drove over 100 miles to look at a truck they had listed. They make bad vehicles look really nice on camera. Truck would not start, they had to jump it off with two jump boxes. Tires were bald and the both batteries needed to be replaced. The steering wheel was trashed and steering wheel was at a 60 degree angle going down the road. Crusie would not work, paint chipping, paint on the bumper and tail light from recent wreck. The truck was in bad shape. The truck was not worth near what they had it priced. They told me I could never find a truck that nice for the amount I wanted to spend. I can tell you they are never gonna find any one with common sense to pay them what they were asking for that truck. They never negotiate the price and told me that I was not in reality. Wow! Don't drive to the country and expect better prices or service. More
I understand when you purchase a used vehicle "as is" you get what you pay for, but I felt like I was scammed from the moment I drove off the lot. Within 2 weeks of purchasing my Jeep Patriot, I started to h get what you pay for, but I felt like I was scammed from the moment I drove off the lot. Within 2 weeks of purchasing my Jeep Patriot, I started to hear a grinding noise coming from up under the vehicle. My jeep interior light and head light, signal light and emergency lights had a shortage in it. I had to have that worked on. There was obviously water damage in the vehicle that they didnt tell me about. I had to learn this from the mechanic I took it to. I kept getting emails sent to me asking how was the vehicle and every time I would reply back with what was going on, I would hear no response. This last time I received a "curtesy" phone call asking if I was enjoying my Patriot. I told the gentleman on the phone the issue and about the emails and no replys. Well he told me that he would contact someone one and give them the information. Thats been over two weeks ago. Still nothing. Buyers be careful if you decide to purchase a vehicle from them. Especially if you are female. I feel like I was prey because of that. If you see anything out of sorts, take your business elsewhere. I wish I would have. More

I went to a few other dealers in the area, but they did not beat the price I got at Bonham Dodge. I bought a Dakota pick up truck and have been more than happy with it. It is very much worth the drive out there. Go talk to them if you are in the market for a new car or truck. More
I was sold a car with a bad Transfer case. Cost me $4600 to get it fixed. The dealers response "Be a man and pay for my car." When they didnt check the car for Transfer Fluid & didn't tell me about the modi to get it fixed. The dealers response "Be a man and pay for my car." I have filed the paperwork with the state for the lemon law. I i new this i would have got a brand new car. Find out there's few violations that this dealer did. 1. Not disclosing about the modification about the transition work done. 2. Not having a catalytic converter which is a federal offense. When confronted they said they will pay up. Yet waiting for the check. 3. They took my money for the plates. It was to be registered in IL. To find out they never have send the money and I end up paying for it. I would NEVER recommend them. We just bought a brand new Chrysler Town and Country 2010 at Bonham Chrysler, this is probably the best expense we have ever made. It has the full bells and whisltles and our kids are loving it. They can wat at Bonham Chrysler, this is probably the best expense we have ever made. It has the full bells and whisltles and our kids are loving it. They can watch whatever they want while we’re on the road and we don’t hear a peep out of them. Its like having a baby sitter for them on the road! Hehehe The customer service was outstanding, the price was more than fair, and now we can travel in the comfort of our own vehicle. Zachary was more than helpful throughout our process and got our paperwork done in a timely manner. Superb service. This is by far the best buying experience we've ever had and i'm sure we'll comtinue to come back and send our family and friends More

I was treated with respect, honesty, and I got a super deal. The 2009 Challenger SRT8 I got is in immaculate condition. It was clean and only had about 12,000 miles on it. The deal I got at Bonham Dodge was the best I found…$3000 less than everywhere else I saw. More
I just bought a 2003 Blue Monte Carlo pre owned from Bonham Dodge, this car is in great condition and cant believe that it’s a 2003 with leather seats that look like they’ve never been used. Sunroof, tinted windows, and it’s a V6 the reason I bought this car here is because its my 3rd vehicle getting from there and I’ve never had issues with ANY of my cars. Bonham Dodge will always be where I purchase my vehicles new or Pre Owned. I walk in and Jim over there knows me by first name. Last year I bought a 2008 Dodge Journey for my traveling with my kids and in one year we’ve put over 33000 miles on it and have had no issues with it. Its time I let the world know how good this dealership has been to me. They’re loyal, honest, friendly and care about what you’re looking for not what they “think” you’re looking for. More
