The most pleasant buying experience for a car that I think we had. No hassles what so ever. We told him what we wanted and they provided it and did the paperwork. Beavis was great and did everything he could to get me in the car I wanted within my budget. It was already time for him to leave when I got there and he stayed since he was the one I was referred to by my the car I wanted within my budget. The finance guy was also very nice considering it was about 8:30 when we went into finance to sign papers and I kept having to call my husband. The experience all in all was not the best, but Beavis and Finance did every thing they could to help change that. I was very disappointed on how the sales managers were acting because there was another customer that wanted the same vehicle and they kept trying to use that as a bargaining chip, when I was first to say I was ready to purchase. I am thankful Beavis was acting as the mediator, because if I had to deal with them directly, I probably would have walked after first pencil. More

I drove 300 miles to buy a car through their internet purchase. I was misled as to the warranty and to the detail of the vehicle being a lemon law. The internet salesmen said the car had a 3 year fact purchase. I was misled as to the warranty and to the detail of the vehicle being a lemon law. The internet salesmen said the car had a 3 year factory warranty and an additional 1 year unlimited mile warranty. I have the email documentation for all of this. The car actually has a 1 year warranty from purchase. He apologized, but they never offered to make it right or did not even have a full tank of gas in the vehicle. When I arrived after 5 1/2 hrs of driving, I had to wait forever to sign papers, which i was assured would be ready when I got there because I had to drive back the same evening. The vehicle I purchased had a tear in the tint on the window (explained to me by the dealer as an employee tearing the window sticker off.) My trade in, over 2 weeks later has still not been paid off and when I asked about it, another salesman told me "you worry too much". Everytime I speak to someone, I get the runaround. This has been the absolute worst, shadiest, most dishonest experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. Highle recommend someone NOT using this dealership. More
This dealership sold me a LEMON and will not stand behind their vehicle. I took the car back right after I bought it because there was a noise in the rear end. they said they fixed it at a cost of 350 to me their vehicle. They prety much told me there is nothing they can do. I will never buy another car from them again. More
We found a used truck on the website that had unfortunately sold before we reached the dealership. My original vehicle (Acura) was totaled and I absolutely loved the car. It took me some time to decide what I wanted and how much I was willing to spend. Finally a friend of mine referred me to Bonham and I started researching stock online. I started working with Kerry who was very patient and listened to what I wanted. He wasn't pushy or trying to sell me something I didn't want. I so appreciate the way he looked through stock and took time to inform me on the vehicles. More
