I picked Bonham Chrysler, because I had purchased a pickup there 7 years ago and had good service and purchase pricing. I had been neglected by other dealers because of the vehicle that I wanted. I was a woman wanting a 3/4 ton, diesel 4x4 pickup. Bonham Chrysler had no problem with selling me a pickup. My son had recently purchased a 2012 pickup. His experience was great also. So when I saw the car that I was looking for was for sale a Bonham Chrysler. I knew it would be a good experience because of the way they treated me before. This is the first vehicle that I have bottom more or less on line and it was as good of an experience as buying my pickup. More
I had some major maintenance worked done here at a considerable savings over the nearest Honda dealerships quotes. They were really helpful and accommodating. We loved our experience here! Dane was awesome to work with, very layed back, didn't push us into anything and we no longer hate car shopping! As soon as we walked in my husband and I were prepared for the usually "volchure" like salesmen that hound you down with wanting your info and ready to push you in a car, and were surprised at the sweet and kind staff! We never look forward to the financing/numbers game they usually play, and again We were left speechless when we came to negotiating and prices were fair and went smoothly to reach a final price! Dane helped make our new town and country chrysler an easier decision, and the right one for us at that. He was patient as we thought everything thru, not once did we feel rushed or pushed into choosing our new minivan! This was not like any other experience, and we know for sure we will be back! I know when it's time for my husbands new car (which could be very soon) we will be giving Dane a call for another great car buying experience! Thank you! More

Beavis did a great job of showing me what I was looking for as well as letting me do the shopping and not tell me things I did not want to hear. They did not disclose any of this to me as I made the purchase at night. For the scratches salesman gave me touch up paint that did not match the color of my car and absolutely nothing was done about the sound. They gave me the runaround for several days and adamantly said FACTORY SPEAKERS were what was supposed to come on the car...UNTIL I DID RESEARCH AND PROVED THEM WRONG... Discussed ALL with GM, and he revealed that I was a complainer and he was not going to do anything for me and acted rude and disrespectful. He even went as far as to say he does not have time to inspect every vechicle on his lot...Well Sir, being the GM what else is wrong with my car and any one else's for that matter?... I tell you I have never been so disrespected in my life...I was lied to, disrespected, WHY, i thought I was the customer? I am sorry, but if you are going to invest in a purchase of over 20k on a vehicle - the service and common courtesy of disclosing this information should be standard. For heavens sake, the heart and soul of my car is missing, I am married to this car for 5 years and it needs a new paint job and stereo system, and Im a complainer?....Agree to disagree Kevin, i think not - rather its new or used... BUYERS BEWARE 3/8 - BC contacted me after I wrote this review, however I had already driven out there due to the paint issue and they attempted to buff them out, but they did not come out...and I knew that before I drove the first time.....I was not about to drive again and waste my miles for something that I already know. You don't need to be a technician or brainiac to know that...End result is I will end up doing the work myself and good riddens to this place, pretty freakin pathetic...Yes I will have to wear the sucker on my forehead for five years. Karen Tittle, i would highly recomend this sales lady, concerning my purchase of the 2013 Dodge Charger, from the beginning of our deal, she told me that she wanted to care of me, and make this the best c concerning my purchase of the 2013 Dodge Charger, from the beginning of our deal, she told me that she wanted to care of me, and make this the best car buying expirience that i would ever have. And she did!, I drove to the dealership Saturday, arrived at 10:00 am did the test drive and all the paperwork, and was on my way by 11:10 am.
