Response from the owner - 2 weeks ago In an attempt to reach out to Ms.Keila Spence and resolve her complaint, I was in fact able to speak with her regarding this issue on Wednesday March 6 2013. I was able to match the audio equipment that came with the vehicle when it was new from factory regarding the stereo system with a vin data sheet from Chrysler. Keila described to me the size of the stereo screen, number of speakers and navigation feature. Making a positive match to my data. Keila fails to mention that info in her review. The quality of the speakers and thought of them possibly being replaced with a lesser grade was the primary concern. I advised Keila that it could have been quite possible, that since she purchased it preowned, the previous owner may have switched the speakers or even yet may have been the result of theft before it was traded to Bonham Chrysler. I recommended bringing the vehicle to our technicians to evaluate exactly which speakers were in the vehicle and to see if any other components had been tampered with at no charge. Since she was driving a great distance, from Ft. Worth Tx, I also advised her that the dealer would compensate and reimburse her fuel as well. She agreed to schedule with me Saturday, Feb 9 2013 between 11am & 2pm but has since cancelled saying that she felt it would not be worth the effort. Therefore regarding the cosmetic complaint, I was unable to examine the vehicle for any type of major damage as she states, however I was able to extract this video that was taken prior to her purchasing the vehicle on 12/31/12 from our archives. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TU3TR43nnqQ My apologies to Ms. Keila Spence as currently her complaint is unresolved, should she wish to reschedule as agreed I have provided contact information below.
