After having the salesperson stop at Burger King on the test drive for a breakfast sandwich, Brett told us that he was late to get to the V.A. here in Bonham and needed to get back to his home in Bells so that he could take some medication. Suddenly appearing to be in a rush, this prevented us from driving and completing a professional appraisal on his trade-in. Our apologies if there was any misunderstanding on the van, he indicated that he needed the dual DVD entertainment instead of the single DVD unit like the one we had in stock. Also we are not sure as to why Brett is saying that no one called him back because when we contacted him only an hour later, he was at another dealership that supposedly had the exact van he required and told us that “they are getting everything worked out” ..
