Greatest Car Experience I've Ever Had We traded in a Dodge Ram truck for a 2004 SAAB convertible. Maybe a "mid-life crisis" thing, but wanted to have a little fun in our retirement. We wer We traded in a Dodge Ram truck for a 2004 SAAB convertible. Maybe a "mid-life crisis" thing, but wanted to have a little fun in our retirement. We were able to affect the trade to our complete satisfaction, getting what we believe was a great price for the Saab, and also top dollar for our trade-in. When we got the Saab home, we discovered a couple of problems. Even though we knew the trade was an "as is" trade, George Hiatt, our sales rep, was quick to tell us they wanted us to be completely happy with the vehicle, and to keep him in the loop. The first problem was a faulty ignition switch, which was replaced by a foreign car repair facility near our home. We told George what had been done, and we received a check in the mail from Bonham Chrysler within two day to repay us for the cost of the repair. The next problem was more serious, involving the hydrolic lifts for the soft top and the truck (the lifts had completely gone kaput!). We got an estimate of the repair costs from the foreign car repair facility, and told George what it was going to cost to repair. Once again, George went over and above to help us. The Bonham dealership actually sent a truck from Bonham to Tyler TX, got my car, returned it to Bonham for repair, repaired it, and delivered it to me....all at no cost to me!!! I have bought and traded many vehicles in my life, and I have never received this kind of service from any other dealer I've dealt with. To give this kind of attention, and cover this kind of expense, for a new customer in an "as-is" transaction is unbelievable. I will not only do all my future car business with this extraordinary dealership and salesman, but will also refer any and all friends who are in the market for a vehicle to them. A-Plus and Kudos to Bonham Chrysler and George Hiatt!!! More

The color I wanted inside and out. Dennis explained everything to me about the vehicle and was very knowledgeable about it. The financing went smoothly and I was given the keys to my new car in a short time. I really do enjoy driving my new Dodge Durango. Overnight we determined we were not satisfied and wanted to change our mind, so at 8 am the next morning we went to the dealership and recieved no help from managers or anyone and on top of that the salesman kieth martin wants to xxxx an attitude. Anyways we were stuck with the durango bc the dealership refused to cancel the contract. More

I dealt with Kerry over the internet for several months. I told him I had to resolve a personal matter before I could buy. Kerry kept in touch with me often. When I was ready, I advised Kerry. I asked if he could get the vehilce delivered to me in Houston so I could avoid the hassle of flying 1 way or driving up to the Metro plex. He tld me he'd take care of evervy thing for me. We agreed to a price, Kerry and Peter in F & I got the financing done. The experience was wonderful. My vehilce was deliverd to me in Houston; the transaction went real smoothe with out any surprises. I would recommend Bonham CD & Kerry to anyone in the market for a new or pre-owned vehicle. The customer service and care were first class. More
