We told him what we were looking for and he did the rest and found exactly what we wanted! When it came time to talk price we told him what we were willing to pay and he made it happen! Not happy with the process The sales desk and I agreed to a deal on a vehicle and I was taken back to the finance office. I waited there for almost 3 hours before I was helped o The sales desk and I agreed to a deal on a vehicle and I was taken back to the finance office. I waited there for almost 3 hours before I was helped only to find out they completely changed the deal. They tried to get me to sign at a much higher payment and term than originally agreed, then told me that was the best they could do. I left and secured my own financing in order to complete the deal. The sales desk should not agree to deals they cannot uphold and a deal agreed to should be honored. Jake was a good salesperson, but the run around I got from management makes me not want to buy another vehicle here More
