Looking for a used car We were looking for a used car to replace a 15 year old Durango that had over 223,000 miles. Staff was good in showing us what was available in our pr We were looking for a used car to replace a 15 year old Durango that had over 223,000 miles. Staff was good in showing us what was available in our price range, then letting us look to see what else would interest us. We test drove 2 vehicles, and decided on a Ford Focus. Our visit was late on a Saturday, and we couldn't get the Durango appraised completely. When we returned on the following Monday, I was disappointed that the trade in was not as high as the sales rep. thought it would be, but it was within reason, given the age and condition of the Durango. The sales and finance people worked hard to get us terms that we felt were acceptable. They never rushed us, and it was a good experience overall. So far, we are delighted with the 2013 Ford Focus we brought home on Monday night. More

6 hours to give a trade in value It all started in the morning I called and inquired on a used vehicle. The salesman said the vehicle is still available I said are you sure he said ye It all started in the morning I called and inquired on a used vehicle. So an hour or two later I start to head out on the hour and a half Drive with my two trade-in vehicles my wife and I brought our two small children only two be given a bait and switch. We get there and guess what they sold the Ford I was looking at yesterday, and four of the other trucks I was looking at are also sold but coincidentally the $25,000 Dodge Ram that fits my requirements is available. They even brought one I was interested in and miraculously it stopped running. The salesman said he would do his best to make this right and to give us a good deal on the trade-in to make out for the time and hassle trying to find these vehicles we were given an offer of $33,000 from a reputable dealer yesterday and today they offered me 29 thousand they said the best they could is 32 as I was screaming at them in disgust. The entire day was a waste of time and they did not care one bit it should not take 6 hours to tell us what you're going to give us for a trade in. Not to mention the extra 200 miles on my vehicles do not buy from these people. They refused to budge on the price of the truck which was $4,000 over suggested value. More

Good experience I was in the hunt for a new truck. Florida dealers didn't have what I was looking for or didn't want to deal. Started looking on Internet and found Bonham Chrysler. I was sceptical about buying out of state. I have to say that I am very pleased. Bonham Chrysler was very helpful and willing to deal. They were much cheap then any dealer in Florida. At least for me, it was a smooth transaction from start to finish. George was my salesman and was very helpful. He stayed in constant contact from start to finish. He also offered to pick me up from the airport that was over an hour away from dealership. Everything was ready when I arrived. I would like to give a very special thank you to those involved. I would like to thank George for his sales assistance, next is David, he picked me up at the airport. Very nice man and easy to talk with. That is essential on a long drive. Last is the finance manager. Sorry, but I can't remember your name. He was also nice and very helpful.
