Poor example of a car dealership Saturday before Christmas 2016 I spoke to a sales associate and had him "hold" a F250 that I was interested in buying and he said no worries that it w Saturday before Christmas 2016 I spoke to a sales associate and had him "hold" a F250 that I was interested in buying and he said no worries that it would be held. The reason I needed it held was because I was in Alabama and would have to fly out the day after Christmas. Still, he said no problem. I thought this was too easy and called back 5 times unable to get ahold of the salesman and left messages each time with the rude answering service representative if you could give her that title. The reason I called 5 times was to put a deposit on the truck so there would be no issues. I received no return call from the dealership and then Christmas Day went by. The "answering service representative" also said they would be closed on Christmas but would open again the following Monday. I boarded the plane at 6am Monday, too early to call and confirm that they still had the truck held for me, and departed for Dallas. Once in Dallas I drove 1.5 he to Bonham to purchase the truck. Once there, I was presented with what looked like a C class commercial building littered with trash on the floor and a guy kicked back in an old chair who asked me "can I help you?" I asked for the sales guy that I was told that I was working with and matched up with my info in the system supposedly. Turns out that not only was the sales guy that I was paired with not the sales guy who entered my info into the system, I also was informed that they had sold the truck last night before. They then tried to sell me anything else on the lot, the ol "bait and switch" and wasted another 20 min of my time. I finally determined this to be a complete fail and decided to leave. The salesman pleaded with me to stay and speak to his manager. Ok, maybe they have something they can work out with me I thought. After 20 min of waiting for anyone at that point, the salesman showed back up and said he couldn't find any manager. Even if I was from that area, I would buy from somewhere else in Dallas, the setup is subpar, there is no customer service and the administrative center is a construction trailer on the side of this old class "C" commercial building that looks like something I would expect to change my oil or wash my car, not sell me one of the larger purchases I will have in life. Stay away is all I can say. More
