My husband made an appointment for me to take my vehicle for an oil change and tire adjustment. The lady he spoke to gave him pricing and also said that it would be a fairly quick appointment. I was one of for an oil change and tire adjustment. The lady he spoke to gave him pricing and also said that it would be a fairly quick appointment. I was one of the first appointments of the day, third person to line up. Everyone was super nice. Got checked in right away and ended up waiting 2 hours. I was trying to be patient but finally went to see what was going on. They still weren’t done yet. Another 40 minutes later they come and say that they are done. The price was almost twice the amount quoted. Nothing extra was done. 2 hours and 40 minutes is a ridiculous amount of time to wait when you have an appointment. Need to be more clear on time of work and pricing. More
