On Friday 19,2024 at 1:37 pm the service manager Luis Infante and intimidated and treated me over the phone telling me that I have to pay $10.727.98 !! | asked why? I told him that I never received an estimate from them and I have never Approved or Authorized as owner of vehicle any repairs or maintenance.Luis infante response" As of today I have to pay $10,727.98 Plus Storage fee and Bomnin Volvo will put a Lien on my Vehicle (at that moment the treatment and intimidate they going to take my Personal Property). I contacted my insurance company they told me that they did not authorize any repairs.that the vehicle was there for an estimate. Next morning Saturday I went to Bomnin Volvo service area to pick up my vehicle. I went there Luis Infante give the bill with our any explanations of charges I paid with a credit card $10,727.98 plus 3% credit card add (copy Attached).After I paid they gave me a document to sign which I refused ."Again with the intimidation from service manager Luis Infante: He said:"If you don't sign you can't take the car and will be charged for storage fees and will execute the Lien ."Again with the intimidation from service manager Luis Infante: He said:"If you don't sign you can't take the car and will be charged for storage fees an will execute the Lien (Volvo will put a Lien on my Vehicle (at that moment they treatment me and intimidate they going to take my Personal Property). After paying they never explained the invoice they did not have the decency to Clean the vehicle., I drove out the lot and the engine starts cracking making noises, losses power, the transmission is making noise and hard to shift. I been taking for the most expensive Oil Change, air cleaner, Air filter, exhaust mani fold gasket, exhaust gasket, back battery, speed sensor, variable valve, timing sensor, solenoid all this for $10.727.98 Plus 3% Volvo Vehicle Owners have been warned! Of this Unlawful and Unacceptable behavior from Bomnin Volvo and Luis Infante service manager He said:"If you don't sign you can't take the car and will be charged for storage fees an will execute the lien "I was totally intimidated an paid the full amount and 3% credit card fees.
