This was my tenth new car buying experience and by far the worst. I don’t think it was a “Volvo thing” but rather an unethical dealership. My salesperson Jose was not honest with me and when I would point the worst. I don’t think it was a “Volvo thing” but rather an unethical dealership. My salesperson Jose was not honest with me and when I would point out his inconsistencies in his answers, he would threaten to cancel the order or start talking about irrelevant facts. I did end up buying my car from this dealership but only because I had so much time/money invested, but WOW – that was the worst car buying experience I’ve even had. More
