Service department is deplorable In June I took my 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan to them for a recall for the back windows. They took the van for 3 hours. All they did was disconnect the window and gave me back my car. In the beginning of September I called to find out the progress of the order of the part for the recall. First call voice mail, no one returned my call. Next day called again and refused to leave a message so they put me with an agent who said he would call me back, surprise! no call back. waited one week. Called again went to voice mail. Called still again, was told I would be getting put through to the service manager, Guess what? voice mail again. called yet again and finally was put with a service agent who, without even knowing the car I was talking about he just told me "the part is not here." Think twice before servicing your car there, 4 months and all they have done is disconnect the window. More

In December of 2012 - I purchased the 200 Chrysler 4dr V6. In March 2013 at about 3400 miles on odometer - it began with engine light off/on (have photo) but dealer cannot find issue nor reproduce, along V6. In March 2013 at about 3400 miles on odometer - it began with engine light off/on (have photo) but dealer cannot find issue nor reproduce, along with a thump/jolt when shifting gears, when driving between 10 - 40 mph. I have been to the dealer and had Chrysler representative ride along and the thump occurred on 3 occasions within 15 min test drive. Chrysler rep stated "this is a normal experience with Chrysler autos" Dealer but Mopar additive in transmission to "help the gears shift smoother" it did for short while and then the thump started again. Now at about 9000 miles on the auto and a week in the shop for diagnostics, dealer offers a trade in but not able to honor that offer either. Big disappointment with 200 Chrysler - BIG $20,600.00 mistake - Dealer only suggestion is to keep bringing the auto back? Four trips to the dealers-shop they still are not able to resolve the engine light, nor transmission issue with thump/jolting when shifting gears??? A Big vote of No Confidence for 200 Chrysler & Planet Dodge Chrysler Jeep. More

Remote start stoped working after battery running down by leaving truck open. I talked by phone with on service rep and was told that it probably needed to be reprogramed for $65.00. I thought that was to high for something my car should have not done in the first place (a flaw of some sort, why loose program by battery running down). Well, when I got there I was charged $109.28. What a rip off. Either way I should have not been billed at all. More

I called the service department at Planet Dodge/Chrysler I called the service department at Planet Dodge/Chrysler to schedule required maintenance (recall) for my vehicle. A gentleman by the name of John a I called the service department at Planet Dodge/Chrysler to schedule required maintenance (recall) for my vehicle. A gentleman by the name of John answered the service department telephone. I asked him if I could schedule an appointment to bring in my Jeep as it had a recall. He quickly and rudely answered "we don't give appointments, it's first come to first served". I then asked if he knew whether all Jeep dealerships were the same. He quickly said he had "no idea". While I understand, although disagree with the lack of appointments at Planet, this employee could use some customer service training to perhaps learn how to pass this information on to the customer. He was rude and abrupt. Luckily, Dadeland Dodge does accept appointments and the gentleman that helped me in their service department took the time to search for my car and let me know what part was recalled. I will not ever visit or even consider buying any future vehicles from Planet Dogde/Chrysler. Thank you. More
I used to own a dodge diesel. Due to the service and attentiveness of Marlene, I have continued with the Dodge line. I know that if and when a problem arises it will be handled in a timely and professio attentiveness of Marlene, I have continued with the Dodge line. I know that if and when a problem arises it will be handled in a timely and professional manner. It has been a pleasure dealing with these employees. I now currently own a Charger and have referred friends because of their professionalism. More
I went to Dodge for an oil change and experienced the best service ever. No more jiffy lube for me! My 1500 drves so much better now.
