No time for customers yet plenty of time to chitchat I called a few times and the answer was that they were always busy and could not answer a question over the phone, yet when I got there, 5 minutes lat I called a few times and the answer was that they were always busy and could not answer a question over the phone, yet when I got there, 5 minutes later, there was no line and four employees where behind the counter chitchatting. Literally took them 5 minutes to answer the simple question, yet they make their customers go out of they way to have to drive to the dealership for them to not be very helpful —all while having a smug attitude. Finance manager cursing!! Do not go to this dealer because the customer service is horrible! The finance manager won’t accept the return of the lease vehicle I did with another Do not go to this dealer because the customer service is horrible! The finance manager won’t accept the return of the lease vehicle I did with another car dealer simply because they only accept returns from customers they leased from them only. I contacted the bank ally and they told me they are supposed to accept the car from me. The financial manager was very rude when I told him why is he discriminating and curse at my and told be “don’t come with this xxxxxxxxx of discrimination”. This is the kind of customer service you get from this people..., not to mention robbing all customers with the service department where you can find the same service cheaper at another dealer because I already did it. Don’t buy and so any business from them, I mean, just look at all the other horrible reviews!!! More
