Bomnin Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram - Service Center

Absolutely NOT! I dropped my Dodge Durango to be repaired (shock replacement and wipers) it took 5 days before a mechanic would even take a look at it, four days later still they haven’t received the parts a (shock replacement and wipers) it took 5 days before a mechanic would even take a look at it, four days later still they haven’t received the parts and cannot tell me when I should expect my car back!!’ NOTE they did not even approved me for a loaner, after Six years of doing business with them!!!! More

I have been trying to get $4,000 service job done with them for 3 days. Who knew giving away money would ever be this hard. After the 3rd day of trying to speak to some one I got through. Then transferred to parts. Then once I got to parts, the employee that picked up the phone purposely put me on Hold for 20 more minutes until the place closed. So he wouldn't have to speak to me. I was already on hold for over an hoour. Holy xxxx this is insane. If I had a working car I would go over there right now and raise xxxx. More

Frustrating Haber and Sons have purchased 4 brand new work trucks. From Planet Dodge. Every one have one or other issue. All parts are on back order also the person that is needed to speak to is always t work trucks. From Planet Dodge. Every one have one or other issue. We always take our trucks in for oil change and if anything that needs to be paid gets paid without a problem, Always need additional fees for everything even when vehicles are still in warrantee. Recall Service and Tire Alignment Joe and Eric did an amazing job in assisting and guiding me to get exactly what I needed.
