I dropped off my truck on May 24th due to my car not turning on. I was being told that I would have my truck looked at in a few days due to cars being serviced ahead of me. I followed up everyday to make sure I wasn’t forgotten about due to the reviews about this dealership leaving customers cars on the lot for weeks on end. After one week of waiting I was told I was next and that my car was being worked on. I showed up to the dealer and it was sitting outside in the same spot where it got dropped off. I went inside to find out what was going on and the attitude they had towards me was as if they didn’t care. The dealer does not provide loaners and I was wasting time and money using my wife’s car and getting rides to work. If I was at least told a realistic time frame I would have planned accordingly no matter how long it took. When my car finally made it into the shop after speaking to the service manager, my truck was sitting in the shop without being worked on due to a fuel pump not being available at the dealership. This is understandable and I had no problem with it. I was told my car would be ready on Monday morning on June 14th because the person assisting me who was in charge of my car mentioned that he wanted to make sure the fuel pump was installed correctly before I received the car. When the day came to pick the truck up I took it to put gas the next day, and gas was leaking everywhere all over the back of the truck and splashing everywhere due to the fuel pump not being installed correctly. The inside of my cabin smelled like gas, I had gas on my shirt and shoes. I was on my way to drive to Jacksonville from Miami and had to drive back to dealership on June 15th to tell them that they installed my fuel pump incorrectly. When I arrived there wasn’t much urgency and felt as if I were a joke. I am very reasonable and understand mistakes happen, but after leaving my truck at a dealership for more than 3 weeks you would think that the technician would properly install a fuel pump. The person assisting me in the service department called the technician and they started working on my car in the drive way which was strange before they finally took it to the back to be inspected before handing it off to me. This is a safety issue and that entire service department should be inspected before performing any service on cars. I was then given a $50 certificate to fuel my truck up. Which I appreciated, but felt as if it was not enough. I was willing to let them know that it was okay and I’d make sure to leave a positive review because I know mistakes happen. Unfortunately, what prompted me to write this review was the fact that I went to do an oil change at a different Ram dealership after my road trip on June 17th. When I provided them my information they were not able to find anything associated with my phone number. When they finally found my profile through my vin number they noticed that this dealership changed one letter in my email and one number on my phone number in order for me to not receive a survey. This is a shady business practice and I cannot believe that after letting them know that I was understanding and I would leave a positive review they still had the audacity to do this. I was really avoiding writing this review but people need to know of what goes on in this dealership. It is unfortunate but true. I will not be coming back. More

The experiences have not always been positive, but the latest was detrimental to my car's engine and could have put my kids and me in harm's way. I have paid for several oil changes, which include (supposedly): Up to 5qts of 5/30 Replace Oil & Filter Top off fluids as needed NONE of which was being done. As you can see from the pictures provided, they DID NOT perform the tasks I paid for; the only thing they did was reset the "Oil Change Required" message. As I was driving to work this past week, my car suddenly began sounding an alarming notification and message that it was overheating. Upon further investigation I found NO ANIT-FREEZE, DIRTY OLD OIL (if any), NO WIPER FLUID (least of the problems of course). Six weeks prior, I had traveled to Orlando with my two small kids. Can you imagine if this had happened while on the Turnpike? They put our lives in danger over a couple of bucks. They almost ruined my car over greediness; my engine could have locked up. I have filed a complaint with the BBB because the way they practice business is knowingly negligent and they should be held accountable by the law. More

When I got back from vacation last Tuesday nov 29th they still had my truck in the parking lot telling my sales manager Carlos, that it was up next to be worked.on. I contacted the service department that Thursday Dec.1 and again they replied that my truck would be next.. Needless to say i have not heard back from them yet. Worst experience I’ve ever had. I’d rather drive an hour to Alfa in Fort Lauderdale where they treat their customers like platinum. I can only speak about the service department and how unorganized / disrespectful they are. This was my first time coming to this dealership. I usually always go to Alfa in Fort Lauderdale but I thought because I just needed one tire changed, I can go a couple miles down the street. I wanted to get one tire replaced because it had a nail too close to the sidewall. They told me it would be done in an hour hour and a half that they have two of those tires in stock. Two hours later they text me saying they don’t have it in stock and they want to go get it from another source.( The car has been sitting for two hours so far) I asked them to take $100 off the final price for wasting my time. I thought that was reasonable and fair. I get a text message saying that the service manager is able to only do $25 off which is extremely disrespectful. I missed two meetings because they don’t have a loaner car program and they rely on third-party Uber‘s that cancel the trip shortly after it’s been submitted and then they ask you to call the dealership to schedule another Uber for yourself. (ended up buying my own Uber because they never pick up the phone in a reasonable amount of time ) Really poor operation they have going on here. They do not have their xxxx together here in the service department. I asked the service manager if he knows what his mission statement is and he told me he does not know what it is and he doesn’t follow it. He refused to come to an agreement where it is mutually agreeable and fair. I asked him if he can do $100 off or free tire at this point because it’s 4 PM now the car has been here since 8 o’clock in the morning.(ended up being 60$) I suggest that you give me something towards an oil change when I come in next time. He said I can do 50% off. He refused to put anything in writing (because he said he will remember) If it’s not in writing it never happened which he had trouble comprehending. He told me he didn’t have time when I told him it’s only two sentences and a signature but yet he still having this conversation with me so he has plenty of time. He’s not that busy. Earlier I also tried to call the general manager and to speak with the service manager but nobody would pick up the phone everybody was just transfer me around clueless. I guess they don’t have at least five minutes to pick up the phone but then waste over five hours of somebody’s time. Jorge The service manager is clearly in the wrong business if he cannot provide fair customer service and does not even follow his mission statement which he repeated he doesn’t know what it is and does not follow it. Carlos the general manager never called me back I’m sure he didn’t even get the notifications that I called because of poor communication & work ethic in the dealership. I have also communicated this with Corporate and they will be in touch and created a case. The dealership is a stain on the brand. More
