Then transferred to parts. Then once I got to parts, the employee that picked up the phone purposely put me on Hold for 20 more minutes until the place closed. So he wouldn't have to speak to me. I was already on hold for over an hoour. Holy xxxx this is insane. If I had a working car I would go over there right now and raise xxxx. More
