Absolutely NOT! I dropped my Dodge Durango to be repaired (shock replacement and wipers) it took 5 days before a mechanic would even take a look at it, four days later still they haven’t received the parts a (shock replacement and wipers) it took 5 days before a mechanic would even take a look at it, four days later still they haven’t received the parts and cannot tell me when I should expect my car back!!’ NOTE they did not even approved me for a loaner, after Six years of doing business with them!!!!
