1 word: Awful. Despite all the problems I have mention before the sale, during the sales, and now after the sale my problems continue. I purchase my car from Plane Dodge in May 2011. This car was deliver before the sale, during the sales, and now after the sale my problems continue. I purchase my car from Plane Dodge in May 2011. This car was delivered without a (MASTER KNOB) for my radio. I was assured by my sales person Jorge however, that the charger left Florida with a knob, but somehow it disappeared in route. Jorge was suppose to talk to his parts people about getting me a knob for the radio, I still dont have a knob as of 17OCT11. A new car with no radion knob. Also the car arrived filthy on the outside, the delivery guy apologize and said it was due to the weather, when I took the car to get detailed they noticed and I noticed there are WHITE WATER SPOTS in the paint all over the car, unfreaking believeable. I suppose this happened in route. The dang car needs to be either professionally buffed or repainted. Also my TPM System light has been coming on since I received the car. I called Jorge, my salesperson, he said put some air in the tires. You think!!! Wrong freaking answer, that's BS, it should have came to me with AIR IN THE TIRES...but that not the main problem either, I took the car to a Chrysler dealership back in may, they deflated and put air in the tires 3 to 4 time over a 3 month period, the light kept coming on. I went to a Dodge dealership in the month of Sep, they replaced all 4 tire sensors and I still have had the TPM warning light come on 3 times. My point is it was the air in the tires. This have been the absolute worst buying experience I have had in my 48 years of life. It is impossible to believe this is the first time this kind of poor business practices have occured. The whole freaking dealership needs to be investigated. I need someone to 1)fix my radio 2) remove the white water spots from my car and finally 3)fix the TPM system. Some how, some way, there needs to be some financial readjustment on my behalf for the problems with this brand new car, the time I have had to take of work and to have a car that still to this date is not 100 percent. Not to mention there are two distinctive whining noises in the car. You only hear it on smooth roads: one noise is the the left door and the other one is the dash and comes on when the ac/heater is on. This really sucks. More

I called the service department at Planet Dodge/Chrysler I called the service department at Planet Dodge/Chrysler to schedule required maintenance (recall) for my vehicle. A gentleman by the name of John a I called the service department at Planet Dodge/Chrysler to schedule required maintenance (recall) for my vehicle. A gentleman by the name of John answered the service department telephone. I asked him if I could schedule an appointment to bring in my Jeep as it had a recall. He quickly and rudely answered "we don't give appointments, it's first come to first served". I then asked if he knew whether all Jeep dealerships were the same. He quickly said he had "no idea". While I understand, although disagree with the lack of appointments at Planet, this employee could use some customer service training to perhaps learn how to pass this information on to the customer. He was rude and abrupt. Luckily, Dadeland Dodge does accept appointments and the gentleman that helped me in their service department took the time to search for my car and let me know what part was recalled. I will not ever visit or even consider buying any future vehicles from Planet Dogde/Chrysler. Thank you. More
The internet sales rep handled the deal with the upmost respect and in a friendly manner. I had to go back to the dealer for a second time to resign the contract because a value was placed in the wrong col respect and in a friendly manner. After visiting 6 dealers from Sawgrass al the way down to Miami, i finaly was able to make contack with Frank Vargas which was very helpful and honest in his dealing. Yhe other dealers sales managers were no Miami, i finaly was able to make contack with Frank Vargas which was very helpful and honest in his dealing. Yhe other dealers sales managers were not honest in their dealings. They tryied to trick the customers with all their numbers which did'nt make sense. Frank was excellent, and I am extramly happy with my 4dr Wrangler, love it. Will recomend your dealership and Frank to my freinds. More
My expeience with Planet Dodge was exceptional. I worked with Juan and Marco in purchasing a 2011 Challanger. Their service to me was great. They searched for the car i wanted but when it could not be found with Juan and Marco in purchasing a 2011 Challanger. Their service to me was great. They searched for the car i wanted but when it could not be found i placed a "custom order". Juan kept me infrmed of where the car was in production and as soon as it arrived to the dealership, he called me. This is the first Dodge car i have purchased. I love my new car and respect the service i received from both of these people. when the time came for the paperwork, just to say, this as the simplest and smoothest transaction i have had when purchasing a new car. in final ...
