Easiest Car Purchase so far. Had an appointment with Yenny Alfonso called ahead as advised let her know we were coming. Upon arrival was met by James Santiyani he advised that Yenny was busy so he would be helping us. James was very friendly and helpful. The experience was better than expected. Some haggling but not to bad. Time in and out was shorter than at previous dealerships.. Overall it was a good experience and better than previous ones at other dealerships.
