I made a mistake to stop by to have my Alfa Romeo looked at for lights on my dash or at least make an appointment, I walked up to the older man in the middle of the counter, and before I could speak he tell at for lights on my dash or at least make an appointment, I walked up to the older man in the middle of the counter, and before I could speak he tells me to stand in the middle because he was busy and could not help me, finally he asks me what do you need? Really???? Proceeds to tell me Alfa is backed up and could me several days or a week before they can see my vehicle, I rushed out and went to Rick Case, I was provided a loaner and my car was done in 3 days, I thought i could give you guys a shot since I live close by, Rick Case is having all of my business from now on. Good Day, three months ago I made a warranty appointment for my 2021 Jeep Rubicon. I have the typical corrosion issue around the hinges, hood, and doors. I specifically told the Body Shop manager that thi for my 2021 Jeep Rubicon. I have the typical corrosion issue around the hinges, hood, and doors. I specifically told the Body Shop manager that this was my wife's only vehicle and I would need a loaner as the car would be there for 2 weeks. He acknowledged and I went my happy way. Now after waiting three months, I come in this morning at 9:40 to drop off my Jeep for the repair. After the paperwork is done, he informs me there are no loaners and did I need a ride somewhere. I informed him that he told me they would have a loaner when I made the appointment. He then comes back and says they are expecting some to come back, and I can wait. So, I patiently take a seat, one hour goes by and I ask still no loaner, 1 1/2 hours go by and still no loaner. At the two hour point I was told there is still nothing available, so I ask for a service manager. I spoke with the two people in the service managers office, and they informed me that there was no loaner, and I could come back later when one becomes available. I specifically told the Body Shop Manager when I made the appointment, I needed a loaner as this was my wife's only car! Then they tell me I couldn't get the car if they have one because my wife is not present. Another item that should have been told to me when I made the appointment. The level of poor customer support I experienced this morning I have never had at any other dealership I have been to in my life. At this point I was so angry with your dealership service I took my vehicle back and left. If the level of incompetence I saw checking in my car is any representation of the work, you do I don't want you servicing my vehicle. After contacting Jeep and filing a formal complaint I was able to find another dealership that scheduled my service, promises I will have a loner, and even got me in in the next 2 weeks instead of the months from Bomnin. You should be ashamed of the way to treated me! More
