Overall good experience I recently purchased a 2007 Ford Expedition from the used cars at Planet Dodge. I had seen the vehicle on www.cars.com and it's photos were very close I recently purchased a 2007 Ford Expedition from the used cars at Planet Dodge. I had seen the vehicle on www.cars.com and it's photos were very close to the actual vehicle, plus a very clean carfax. The used car manager Robert does an excellent job and sales associate Alex was okay. My only complaint was how long the finance department took to prepare my paperwork. I arrived at 11a.m. and didn't leave until after 4p.m. I'm still waiting for a check in the mail, but I think everyone worked hard and had good customer service. More
