worst service department The past couple of times I took my jeep in for service it was a bad experience. They always wanted to denied warranty on it blaming it on everything The past couple of times I took my jeep in for service it was a bad experience. They always wanted to denied warranty on it blaming it on everything except defects when the jeep only had 4k miles. The last time I took the jeep to the dealer was to fix the tailgate bar for the soft top window. The window won't lock. The first time I took it in for that problem the mechanic told me that the part is plastic and break. I told him to fix it and they refused to fix it. The next time I took it in for the same problem, the dealer wanted to keep the car overnight. i told them no and will come back in the morning. When I went back in the morning they then told me they want to keep the jeep for 5 days to look at a plastic piece. I told them that's insane for something that's not a mechanical problem or safety. I decided to take it to another dealer and that dealer fix the problem within 2hrs not 5 days. I should had listen to all the people that I know that have jeeps. Even to one of my friends that used to work at Planet Dodge. More
