Lacking on Customer service. I was a very easy sale. I knew exactly what I wanted no haggle. All dealer had to do was walk me to vehicle, test drive, sale. After sale which was I was a very easy sale. I knew exactly what I wanted no haggle. All dealer had to do was walk me to vehicle, test drive, sale. After sale which was completed an hour before dealer was to close. I got in vehicle to notice gas tank was past the empty light signal coming on. Went back dealer whose name was James. He told me to go to a gas station and fill it up with the lowest grade fuel. I never use low grade fuel in my vehicles And not starting on a new car. And bring him the receipt for a refund on a later date. He was well aware that I was new to town and no clue about the area nor where a gas station was as well it was night time in middle of rain storm. He gave an an intersection which really was not of help since didn't know roads. I fill up and brought receipt on for a refund a few weeks later when convenient to me. He provided me with a store credit for a specific gas station near the dealership which is not near to where I live. What a sham as due to this and the fact that I nor anyone else would let their car run that empty I was shorted. When i went to fill up wasn't able to use full credit. Absolutely awful. Then a recent inquiry to dealer service center about my purchased vehicle. They had no record of me for the sale in their records. Really hope they honor that lone lame free first oil change James promised. As a customer who knew what wanted and no haggle at all on my part. I was clear I wanted the dealer to provide no haggle on his part. Awful representation of Jeep. James was more worried about bragging about what I was being offered for trade in to his manager compared to carmax sale. Childish especially asking to show your manager and keep my offer paper. More
