Andrew Montalvo made my dreams come true I am at loss of words, my experience with planet dodge has been BY FAR the GREATEST experience I have ever had in my life in a dealership. Andrew gree I am at loss of words, my experience with planet dodge has been BY FAR the GREATEST experience I have ever had in my life in a dealership. Andrew greeted us very nicely, professionally and respectfully the moment that we parked our car and stepped out of the vehicle. We didn’t go in with intentions of buying a vehicle being that I was told by a dealer before you guys that my credit wasn’t going to allow me to get what I am looking for, so we tried to dismiss Andrew, told him we just wanted to look around.. he says “well that’s fine, let’s walk around together and I can help inform you more about the cars even if you aren’t buying”. We walk around and we were talking numbers he was very honest with me the entire way, something that my other dealership representatives never were, honest. I finally came across the challenger of my dreams, the car that I have wanted since I was 14 years old, he asked me if I wanted to run the numbers and see if the bank would approve me, being that the car was expensive, I’m only 20 years old and my credit isn’t the absolute best, I said no. He insisted it wouldn’t hurt to try and I was so so glad he helped give me that little push, that faith throughout the way.. he did all he could for me, he updated me the entire time, he made sure we were okay and informed about every little detail he was writing down and everything he was going to send... within 10 mins he comes to me with a smile from cheek to cheek and says “let’s go test drive your new car”.. I was approved! Tears running down my face, I couldn’t believe that I got approved.. we took it out for a spin and it was beyond what I had dreamt it would be. Andrew informed me about every single speck the car has, every single detail down to the stitching of the steering wheel.. he connected my phone, informed me about all of the services I have, gave me background knowledge about dodge.. I mean this man is to say the least, absolutely amazing.. I am so in awe of him.. he turned in the keys to me and I hugged him so tight, I really didn’t want to let him go.. and neither should the dodge company, ever. This man managed to completely change my mindset, being that I am very stubborn and narrow minded, he humbled me and helped me see things in different perspectives.. I drove in there not thinking that I can purchase a dodge in my wildest dreams and I drove out, in style, in my dream car.. thanks to Andrew.. He will always hold a special place in my heart, he has made me feel that I have a family in planet dodge that I can go to if I’m ever in need, that I won’t be abandoned in my time of need if something were to happen to my car.. again somethings other dealers, never made me feel. I trust Andrew and if Andrew trust dodge, then I trust dodge too. Breath taking man, extroidinary salesman, over the top customer service, beautiful car. I am so honored to be apart of dodge. Thank you so much and thank Andrew so so much for me. I will be going back with more people hoping to catch Andrew so not only can they purchase a car with him but to get the life changing experience I received. More
