False advertising Visited dealer with a lease deal I had received through email on a cruze. The deal failed to disclose that dealer fee will be added to inceptions, eve Visited dealer with a lease deal I had received through email on a cruze. The deal failed to disclose that dealer fee will be added to inceptions, even though it lists other fees, it also fails to mention other dealer installed features i.e. $299 for wheel locks, who needs wheel locks on a base model cruze. The salesman agreed with my claim but the manager did not honor the advertised deal claiming "all dealers charge a dealer fee" like if it is the law of the land. Also be advised they charge 389 "doc fee" which I find absurd for a process that probably cost $40. I'll be filing a complain with the BBB and general attorney's office against this dealer's false advertising tactics. More
