Scammers, liars, and professional thieve ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SERVICE DEPARTMENT I HAVE ENCOUNTERED SO FAR. I came in with a 2010 chevrolet Impala. Old car, has quite a bit of problems. Kind, ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SERVICE DEPARTMENT I HAVE ENCOUNTERED SO FAR. I came in with a 2010 chevrolet Impala. Old car, has quite a bit of problems. Kind, and friendly George Ruiz was my advisor, his friendly demeanor made me trust in their service department. Wrong choice, do not get fooled by the smiling faces and the friendly service staff, if you let your guard down, they will find every single way to rip you off. I came in for a Gas tank pressure sensor change, in which i knew was the problem, I had the code and everything. I signed off on the cost estimate (that clearly said Gas Tank Pressure Sensor), dealer decided to ignore their own cost estimate and instead changed the solenoid and charged me as if they were changing the Gas tank Pressure sensor. AND IT TOOK THEM A WHOLE WEEK TO DIAGNOSE THE CAR. After i picked up the car and paid almost a thousand dollars for three measly jobs, I had to come back because they did the wrong job and i still had the same problems (could not fill up my gas tank) and i now had a new problem my right radiator fan was no longer working, they just simply brushed it off as if they did nothing wrong. I left my car again with them in hopes for them to rectify their mistake, but no, instead they wanted to charge me 1,900 dollars to repair my gas tank problem, one that i already paid for and one that i specifically stated that I had. I refused to let them touch my car again, and picked it up. To my surprise when i was driving home i find that my horn NO LONGER WORKS. I looked under the hood and find that they disconnected my battery and botched the cables. One of my brand new xenon light bulbs was also missing and was replaced with an old halogen light bulb. I have no idea what else they could have taken or damaged. They refused to give me a refund and only offered service credit if i did the job they wanted me to do. Completely irresponsible, deceptive and despicable. NEVER EVER EVER trust one of their service technicians or their service department as a whole. They take forever to diagnose your car, communication is terrible and to top it all off they rip you off and if time lets them, they will strip you car clean from good, working parts, and interchange them with malfunctioning ones and claim that it was already damaged or that they had nothing to do with it. Beware of this service department, do yourself a favor and save yourself from the stress, disappointment and save your money, Avoid this service department.
