So November 20th 2020 I took my 2016 chevy silverado 1500 work truck with 20589 miles doral auto nation chevy service department because a the add engine oil light came on and after checking it it was missin work truck with 20589 miles doral auto nation chevy service department because a the add engine oil light came on and after checking it it was missing 3 qt of motor oil. Since there was No visible oil leak on external. Serive advisor ( a term used too loosely) stated that truck would have to have a oil Consumption test and charged me for a oil change ( $80 ). After I took it to Bomnin Chevrolet ( Dec. 1, 2020) after 1700 miles light came on again and was missing 4 qt of oil. Was told that truck needed to start a another oil consumption test and make an appointment. My service advisor David told me he would call me with an appointment which never happened but I did make my appointment on internet for 7am on December 22, 2020. After I arrived on dec 22 @ 7am David tells me not till January 4 with a mechanic be able to look at it. Spoke to a service manager who told me they would just add oil til after January. This will be the last Chevrolet or vehicle me or my family buys from bomin again. Chevrolet quality has really gone down the pipes. Most salesman are good the trick is if they stand behind there products and service once sold. More
This dealership is the reason why all dealerships get a bad rap. While they do have competitive prices online what they fail to include is the over $3000 in MANDATORY accessories that MUST be added to the bad rap. For reference, they include tire locks (that you can buy on the Chevy website for $66) for $299. They refuse to give you the option not to include the accessories even though they are not pre-installed and on backorder. The “manager” Frank says they “have to make their money on accessories” because they are giving the best price for the car. Ridiculous. Be ready to pay $400 for “electronic signature fee” because the dealer bought a giant iPad for everyone to use. They also charge a “third party registration fee.” In sum, the prices on their website don’t tell the full story. Beware of this dealership. They are willing to lose a deal over overpriced accessories that you don’t want. More

Real hard to negotiate. I offered 18k for a 2008 used vehicle which was more than fair. They rather lose the deal and wouldn't come down at all. From 18,500 which was the listed price, they went up to 22 vehicle which was more than fair. They rather lose the deal and wouldn't come down at all.
