I am extremely unhappy with the service tech assigned to me, Noel. I called one hour prior to my oil change appointment and was told it would take approximately one to l.5 hours so I did not make other arr me, Noel. Approximately 1.5 hours later I asked Noel how much longer. He told me 15-20 min tops and he would get me out ASAP. 2-2.5 hours later Noel was gone and I still did not have my car. Finally, close to 3 hours, I asked another tech to find my car, I had to leave. He returned to say my car was done and in another lot for the past hour. Totally unacceptable. If I had called that morning and was told they were overbooked and it was going to take 3 hours, I would have made arrangements for kid pick up. Noel left me hanging and did not refer me to one of the other 2 or 3 techs that were just standing around talking and on their phones. There were at least 3 other customers waiting and looking for Noel as well. Extremely poor customer service. This was first time for service and not sure I would return. More

I leased two Chevys in 2020 from this company @ the time of delivery the salesman by the name of Fran said I was entitled to one oil change and tire rotation complimentary however when I made an appointment of delivery the salesman by the name of Fran said I was entitled to one oil change and tire rotation complimentary however when I made an appointment for this service on June 21 the service advisor Noel told me different and because the offer was only good for a year I would need to pay $79.99 plus tax and disposal, as I was leaving I ran into Fran and when I explained the situation he agreed of one oil and rotation as courtesy per lease contract but there was nothing he could to for me as a customer I don’t think this is a good professional practice to bring back repeated customer,is a shame. More
Normally, I would give them 5 stars, however, when I picked up my vehicle, my driver side door was severely damaged. It was not damaged when I took it in for a starter issue. The manager had the body picked up my vehicle, my driver side door was severely damaged. It was not damaged when I took it in for a starter issue. The manager had the body shop adjust the door so I could close it without causing further damage since the door and fender were on top of each and the door frame is bent. However, a month later, I am still waiting for the dealership to repair my vehicle. A very disappointing experience. More

This dealership makes you leave a positive Google review in front of them before you leave. So why is my review a 1 star? Went to look at a “similar” vehicle on the lot and it did not have the options I wanted. I ended up getting a truck that is not what I wanted because I needed a truck last weekend (why I drove so far to get the vehicle I wanted). The salesman (Jonathan) did try to deliver good customer service but I was aggravated the entire time. The finance person barely said a word the entire transaction and acted mad at me. After everything was done, waited almost two hours to get my vehicle and drive home. I’m disappointed because nobody has responded to my negative review (which says a lot) and I wanted to like this dealership based upon the owners philanthropy. Maybe I had bad luck with one dishonest salesman? Such a shame... More
