Unacceptable Service and Disrespectful Treatment I am extremely disappointed with Bomnin Chevrolet West Kendall, specifically the Service Department. My Chevy Trax 2025 has had ongoing issues since my f extremely disappointed with Bomnin Chevrolet West Kendall, specifically the Service Department. My Chevy Trax 2025 has had ongoing issues since my first visit on December 31. The repair only lasted about one month, and I had to return on January 29. Since then, my vehicle has been brought in FOUR TIMES for the same unresolved problem. After visit #4, the vehicle was delivered to me. I inspected it in the presence of the driver, who recorded video and took photos, and we immediately noticed missing parts: • Engine under cover / splash shield • Intake air duct I refused to accept the vehicle and it was returned to service. Despite the documented evidence, the service advisor Alexander Obando acted in a rude and unprofessional manner, insinuating that I could have removed the parts myself. This accusation is offensive and unacceptable. To be clear, only this dealership has worked on my vehicle during all service visits. Returning a new 2025 vehicle missing parts and then blaming the customer shows a complete lack of accountability and professionalism. I do NOT recommend Bomnin Chevrolet West Kendall. More
