For my recent service, I waited in the service waiting room which is spacious, clean and quiet. The service department is very nice and friendly. I am cutting ties with this dealership. I've been waiting for a part to come in for about 3 weeks now. Everytime I call, they act like they are dumbfounded as to what I'm talking about, no one returns my call, paid for a part and it still hasn't a now. Unprofessional. Called dealership to schedule an appointment to have my navigation looked at because of an error with the SD card. Called in Friday and the earliest available time was Tuesday. Asked if I can drop it off Monday evening, let them have it all day Tuesday, and pick it up Tuesday evening if they’re done- they didn’t have any issues with that. Pulled in Monday evening to drop it off, no one knows anything about it. After asking everyone there, they finally called a gentleman, that wasn’t there, and he said yes I was to drop it off. Tuesday, the next day around 4 pm, I called and checked on my truck and know one knows anything about it and my name wasn’t in the system, and they haven’t seen my truck. I explained I dropped it off and the reason I dropped it off, but know one knows anything about it. After about 20 minutes of asking around, he said he will call me back about 5:00. He called back at at 5:00 and said they are still working on it, it will be the next day. Wednesday, I called around 4 pm to ask if I can pick up my truck, and again, no one knows what I’m talking about. I explained we just went through this the day before. They asked if they can call me back and I said sure. They called back about an hour later and said my truck is completed I can pick it up. Went to the dealership, completed the checkout process, got into my truck, and as I was driving off I decided to check the navigation. DID NOT WORK! I immediately called and they said bring it back and we’ll have a technician look at it. I said no and took it to Country Chevrolet the same evening and I had it back the next day fixed. More
