I would like to update my previous review. The part for my vehicle finally came in after a month of waiting. The dealership reached out to inform me of this, and they had me bring my car in early the following morning for repairs. I was informed that this would take most of the day, so I was very surprised when I got a call only two hours later informing me that my car was fixed and ready for pickup. I wasn’t sure when I could get a ride back up there, so I let Able know that I would be there later that afternoon. I was actual my able to catch a ride up there shortly after getting off of the phone with him, so he was surprised to see me so soon. Able asked if I would mind waiting an extra 30 minutes as he had planned to have the shop wash my car for me before pickup. This was completely unexpected, and as someone who is extremely busy and travels throughout the state very frequently with multiple pets, my car is constantly in need of a good cleaning. I was happy to wait and in 30 minutes, Able had my car pulled up out front waiting. The outside was hand washed and they had even vacuumed the inside and cleaned the interior which was very appreciated. He even waited to make sure that I had no issues when starting my vehicle. I was very unhappy with how the dealership had been handling my case leading up until today. Today, Able really seemed to make sure that there were no issues and I was taken care of. It felt like a complete turnaround from my prior experience and it was greatly appreciated. Adding in a surprise car wash was a very sweet and completely unexpected thing to do for me, and with my car being finished so quickly, I feel like they made sure my car was a priority today. I greatly appreciate Able and the entire team who worked on my car. There was also a taller, older gentleman in the service department, I believe he was a mechanic named Keith (I could have the name wrong). I’m not sure if he actually worked on my car, but he was also very nice and helpful when I had questions about my vehicle, so I want to also recognize him for assisting me. I do still feel there is room for improvement in the communications between employee and customer, but I sincerely believe that the dealership realized there had been some faults on their end and worked to redeem themselves and make sure I left there today feeling happy.
