TRULY BLESSED From the beginning of meeting AXEL TORRENS i felt like a blessing. I had gone to numerous tire and oil change locations the prior day and felt like th From the beginning of meeting AXEL TORRENS i felt like a blessing. I had gone to numerous tire and oil change locations the prior day and felt like they didn't want to tell me basic prices and didn't build a relationship. As a Consultant and managing over 13 businesses during 16 years i always teach on building a relationship and listen to the client. Then give basic knowledge and follow up. I left relaxed in a loaner that Chevrolet/Hertz provide for me, knowing that i would leave that afternoon with all i needed. Axel called me and followed up and even though i had agreed on a basic price , he detailed everything to me so i would understand what i was paying for. Even though they were slammed with customers Axel made sure i was taken care off. Finally at 7 pm it was Axel who stayed and explained the bill with NANCY who was a delight and both detailed everything that was done and why. I felt like i made a friend for life. This is my third CAMARO , and i purchased it at Lorenzo Bomnin 2 years ago and the reason was because the owner took his time and met with me and made me feel special. One thing is saying they should all do that but the reality is IT DOES NOT HAPPEN. I have referred customers to Lorenzo Bomnin to purchase cars even though sometimes is far from where they live. But NOW i will be referring customers to their service department, specially AXEl who on a Friday stayed late for his customer who he met just that morning. Truly blessed to meet people like AXEL specially when we as customers don't always trust a mechanic.... More

Super Customer Service Axel made me feel at home. They made sure they took care of people on a first come first serve basis (I was second), and in typical Miami style people would walk in and think they should be first. My truck was done quickly and even though the car wash people weren't there they told me to come back anytime and they would give it to me. More

Having some mechanical issues and major concerns, I dealt with both Rene and his Manager JC. They brought out the mechanic, Stanley, who not only met with me, but took concern with me and my issue. I have to say that this mechanic is the BEST I have ever encountered. Not only is he an expert, however he is a master at his trade and customer service too!!. The manager JC gave me his contact numbers (including his cell phone) and kept his word on what I could expect from his department. I can not say enough about the professionalism and dedication that these gentlemen have along with ensuring that their customers have been treated as they should. Thank you Lorenzo Bomnin for hiring top notch service professionals!! This is sure hard to find in South Florida. More
