Oil change and recall services I was advised that the services will take up to 2 days to be completed (recalls) and I was given a loaner (Chevrolet Cruze). I noticed immediately that it was dirty /dusty from outside and the service rep. doing the outside inspection agree with me, the inside was dingy. I went back to the service desk and asked to change for another car. I was provided another Chevrolet Cruze also dirty in and out but less than the first one. At this time I decided to keep this last one and left. More

As soon as I entered their dealer for the first time before their now newly renovated facilities, I already felt it was the right place. Large chevy collection, great prices, great sales people who helped make my purchase not only affordable but worry free. Post purchase, any time I have ever taken my car in for service. I have always been treated respectfully and almost like family, they always go above and beyond to help. always fast and always courteous. Today after a standard service for an oil change - Axel Torrens, helped through my service. He was not only fast and courteous as said above but was able to make this possibly the best service experience ever. I would recommend them to anyone looking for their next car, especially if their looking for a chevy and a hot camaro like my car is. More

Outstanding service! I arrived to the service department unannounced. My wife and I were traveling from Northwest Florida and discovered a problem with one of our tires. I arrived to the service department unannounced. My wife and I were traveling from Northwest Florida and discovered a problem with one of our tires. We decided that it would not be safe to continue travel until the problem was resolved and found the nearest Chevrolet dealer. Good decision! We were greeted by Axel and from the time we entered the dealership until the time we left Axel was encouraging, professional, courteous and proficient. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained what it would take to resolve the problem, got the right people on the job and had us safely on our way in no time at all. The time and the fact that they were able to perform all of the recall work and adjustments in 1 visit was very important as I traveled a hundred miles down to Miami specifically rather than take it to a more local dealer with less experience with the new corvettes. I am very happy that I did so. Now, about the sales experience, The salesman was also friendly, courteous, and more importantly well informed and knowledgeable about the vehicle he was selling. At the time a corvette matching my requirements that was not pre-ordered was very scarce. I contacted the dealership via email and within 2 weeks they were able to present two cars that matched my criteria. This was a great sales experience. More

Oil Change, 13 Sep 2014 Busy morning and Rene greeted me by name, asked if there was anything else I wanted to add to my appointment. The paperwork magically appeared, I signed it and told Rene I would be in the area and to give me a call when the truck was done. Went and ate breakfast, came back and could see the truck was almost done. By this time Rene was covered up, people everywhere and he was "DEALING"! Greetings of the day, writing service tickets and get vehicles out. All with a smile and a subtle efficiency. I feel really bad that I may have the name of the woman who processed the my bill incorrect, I wrote her name quickly as more people were coming in and I'm not sure I spelled it correctly in my haste to get out of her way, Nancy or Lavey... At any rate, she was working as the cashier and we had a great conversation about or children and their travel in Europe. Really nice lady! More
