Bad service, especially the service advisor that helped me, Marcos, negative person, I have a lease vehicle, brought in for service, truck was at the dealership for a week, had a check engine stabilitrack me, Marcos, negative person, I have a lease vehicle, brought in for service, truck was at the dealership for a week, had a check engine stabilitrack sensor problem, supposedly they fixed it, following day after pick in up my vehicle same problem, brought vehicle back, service advisor manager told me my vehicle had an issue with a cable, I have to leave the vehicle, I asked for a loaner, they said there is no loaner, I spent half a day at the dealer, missing work, waiting for somebody to turn a vehicle so I can use it for a problem that it was supposed to be fixed from the beginning. Bad experience. All my vehicles are Chevrolet, never had no issues before. First and last time I used this dealership. More

Picked up the vehicle after almost a month other problem there was freon oil from compressor all over my wheel well and aircondition not working on passanger side took vehicle back now needs a compressor, replaced compressor, picked truck passanger side still not cooling, after inspection they discovered bland nox, warranty company says get client permission to tear down dash board permission granted we now on the 5 business day not counting Saturday and sunday and nothing has been done i call warranty wanting to know why no inspection has been, their reply is th and t the dealer needs to let them know when the part is ready for inspection, i have called, gone to the dealership, but can never get an answer to s to whats happening or when the work will be completed my vehicle this time has been there 2 weeks, the last time which wss febreaury to march one month. I will never reccomend or ever return to this dealership sgain just want my vehicle fixed and fixed right this time, extremely dissapointed, and if the rep had just picked up the phone or even call me back qnd be honest with the current situation, iwould be bothered but not as angry as i am mow. Terrible Service Department If I could rate this service department as a "zero," I would. Ruben, Service Advisor, unprofessional, and not well suited for customer service. He was unable to articulate what was wrong with the vehicle after sitting there for a week. I had to call the service department in order to get preliminary information. JC, Service Director, needs to "listen" more and understand customer's needs. I brought my son's 2012 Chevy Camaro in for engine problems. I am the ONLY authorized owner on the vehicle and now the service department wants $135 to release the vehicle to a tow truck for unauthorized diagnosis of engine repairs without any upfront authorization other than a verbal by an unauthorized person. No written estimate ever provided either. This is unconscionable and wrong. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR in to this service department. Owner out of town supposedly when I called the dealership. The only reasonable person I spoke with was Juan Miguel/Service Manager. He at least listened and is trying to reason with JC/Service Director. More
Terrible Experience First off, I had an appointment for a simple oil change with a certain person at 10am however i arrived early and the gentleman was on the phone for a First off, I had an appointment for a simple oil change with a certain person at 10am however i arrived early and the gentleman was on the phone for a half hour and no one else was able to help me. i was then told at 10 that my car would be about an hour and a half. After the hour and a half went by my car was still in the same place and had not been touched while other cars that arrived after me had been taken in. I decided to ask how much longer and the gentleman then told me at least another half hour because there was another car in front of me. My car was not taken into until 12pm (2hrs after my appointment). It took them an hour to do my oil change and then tell me that they took longer because they changed around my tires which i never told them to do. mind you these mechanics work on the cars all day and put the wider rims in the front to then ask if i had a break lock because the breaks were locking. Only reason i stayed taking my car back for oil changes was because it was under warranty but i will never be going back here again More

Horrible Customer Service and they lie We bought a brand new 2016 Camaro and it was a lemon. We would constantly complain to Bomnin Chevrolet and they did nothing. The car was in the shop at least 30 times until we contacted General Motors. General Motors agreed on a repurchase/settlement. They asked us to contact the Manager JC Huerrero. He never returned my calls and I finally spoke to another person in Service that helped me. When we arrived to sign the paperwork he was very nice and told us he would immediately overnight the paperwork to General Motors. Not so, it took him almost a week and then we left a few things behind in the car and again would not call us back. Beware of this dealership. Worse customer service and not to be trusted. More
