I have been getting service there for years. I had an issue with a large serivce order. I complained and as a result the Owner and Sevice Manager contacted me and resolved the issue. My overall experience at Lorenzo Bomnin Chevrolet was excellent. The service writer who assisted me, Rene Marti, was very courteous and eager to answer all my questions. I have been trying to call the dealer's finance department for the last two days and no one ever answers the phone. I have left voicemail and to no avail. Earlier this year i took my car for to department for the last two days and no one ever answers the phone. I have left voicemail and to no avail. Earlier this year i took my car for to service the air bag sensor and the radio control on the steering wheel. Well it's been more than 6 months and I' still waiting for the call back telling me that the part is available. Horrible customer service and after referring 8 People there, I will never do that again. More

They have no respect and lack of communication with costumer service. Never call you and when talking to them they refer to you as "dude".
