We picked up our CPO 2021 Tiguan a couple weekends ago, and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Reese greeted us right as the dealership opened, and we were test driving our Tiguan within minutes. Aft and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Reese greeted us right as the dealership opened, and we were test driving our Tiguan within minutes. Afterwards, we hung out with Reese while he collected our info & got everything ready for Finance. While he was getting everything sorted with Finance, he even provided us with some video-content which essentially served as a mini-Delivery session for the car‘s tech and features. Overall, Reese treated us with respect but was also super knowledgable, friendly, and outgoing in a way that made our experience uber pleasant & made the drag of ‘sitting, waiting at a car dealership’ that much more digestible. Short and sweet, Maurice was the best Salesman and Adam was excellent with the finance side of the house. I found Maurice (Reese) on YouTube at Reese Sells Cars Volkswagen Guru when researching the VW Atlas. He does incredible videos on inventory and model/trim breakdown. I reached out to him and he was able to get us in and we had a vehicle reserved that day. He worked with our hectic schedule and made the trade in and buying process seamless. Our trade value was exceptionally reasonable and all of the communication was up front and honest. My wife already wants to go back and upgrade our other vehicles just for the 10 year/200K mile power train warranty they offer. Adam did just as excellent of a job with the finance side of things making things smooth and understanding. They answered all of our questions and did it happily never once seeming frustrated and never once rushed us at any step of the process.
