The car had trouble starting February 27th 2025 I thought it was a minor problem and had them look at the Car March 1st 2025, they gave the car back to me March 3rd 2025 and told me nothing was wrong with the car but if I had any problems to take it to Jeep when I was well within my 30 day warranty. April 29th the car stopped working COMPLETELY. I have kids. My daughter does track, volleyball, basketball, and band. I have a 4 year old that needed to be dropped off and picked up EVERYDAY from daycare, on top of that I work and I’m in nursing school. This has been a NIGHTMARE. No offer for a loaner car, no offer to fix the problem, or mistake that was made on THEIR part. Do not get a car from Craig Whitfield. When he wants your money it’s easy to get in touch with him, not so much when he has made a mistake. He acted as if he was trying to help, but would not answer the phone when I called. He had the auto staff look at the car but couldn’t tell me what was wrong with the car, because he knows something serious is wrong with the car, and that would put him at fault. Same with the sales manager, I can NEVER reach him. It is extremely hard getting a lawyer to pick up this case and I have to go about this by getting a smalls claims petition which the recovery that can be awarded is 6k but I’ve definitely suffered from emotional distress. Save your money, keep a peace of mind and go else where. Trust me More

When I went for my appointment the two vehicles that I was interested in had sold. Luke was great about explaining the differences in the Atlas models and found me my perfect Atlas. I never felt pressured, and he was easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable. Luke was very knowledgeable about he technology in vehicle as well and did a great job explaining all the features in the vehicle. This was my first experience purchasing a car on my own and he made this process stress free. I would definitely recommend working with Luke if your in the market to buy a Volkswagen. More

Found me a new stick-shift Jetta and transported so I could buy it. Was not a special trim to get stick, either. Very affordable. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! !!! I purchased a 2016 Audi A4 for $16,499.00, gave them $1,500.00 down in cash. Upon picking up the vehicle I sent the Mother of my child to pick it !!! I purchased a 2016 Audi A4 for $16,499.00, gave them $1,500.00 down in cash. Upon picking up the vehicle I sent the Mother of my child to pick it up and she was given NO PAERWORK, while i figured they would mail it it never happened. I did receive the application for title and license however it shows the price of the car was $14,999.00, come to find out when I got the statement from Ally Finance they show me owning $17,209.00 as the original balance... I did not purchase any warranties or anything else. I am appalled at the fact they would be so reckless to think that I wouldn't catch a $2,000.00 discrepancy and I am still responsible for paying SALES TAX!!!! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE! They also said my credit was a 680 and when I pulled my own credit through a Mortgage Lender who is a friend of mine my Fico was over 720 and they hit me with a 22% interest rate!!!! Further more I got denial letters from other Lenders showing my fico and stating the reason for denial was the collateral was unacceptable for the price of the car!!!! More
