Mark is exactly why I dislike shopping for cars. I am a woman who did her research, knew exactly what I wanted, and got straight to the point. I made it clear from the beginning that I did not want I am a woman who did her research, knew exactly what I wanted, and got straight to the point. I made it clear from the beginning that I did not want to play the typical “song and dance” that often comes with car buying. Unfortunately, Mark was dismissive and unprofessional. It felt as though he did not want to negotiate or even engage seriously simply because I am a woman. This experience reinforced the sad reality that many salesmen still do not treat women with the same respect they give men. Women should never be made to feel beneath a salesperson or that their knowledge doesn’t matter. To make matters worse, this experience showed my young daughter firsthand why shopping for a car and dealing with a salesman can be such an awful experience. So, Thank you Mark! Once I left, I went to another dealership where a saleswoman showed both my daughter and me how shopping for a car can be enjoyable while also being an educational learning experience. The contrast was night and day. Do better. Women deserve respect. More

When I sat down with Paul for financing there was no pressure, everything was explained clearly. I really appreciated the transparency and professionalism. I would definitely recommend Mike and Paul, to anyone looking to buy a car. I threw in 5 stars for Rachel as well because she helped Mike with some computer stuff a bit and was so polite and her smile was contagious. More
Went to this dealership to buy a 2025 Toyota sienna attracted by the price. I bought the car on 12/04/25 and picked it up the next morning, then after 5 days I contacted the Sales Manager Matt and exp attracted by the price. I bought the car on 12/04/25 and picked it up the next morning, then after 5 days I contacted the Sales Manager Matt and explained that I made a poor decision and I want to unwind the deal and he said he will contact me back but I never heard back from him then after 2 days I went to Bommarito Toyota in person this time and met another sales manager Elvir and I explained everything but I realized that he is not willing to assist and dismissive then I asked for the Director but he said he is not here and I can only contact him via email then I emailed the director but I never received a response then after 2 days I called Bommarito and finally was able to speak to the director Emile and he said he did not receive my email, anyway I explained everything but he said he can’t unwind the deal and it is too late the car was sold on 12/01/25 and now is 12/15/25 and it’s too late which was not true I signed the paperwork on 12/4/25 and picked on 12/5/25 then contacted the sales manager on 12/09/25 but the director refused and said no, disappointing tactics , which was very disappointing and I regret choosing this dealership, management was unhelpful and dismissive. More

When I first approached Bommarito, I was treated negatively by a middle aged man, Gary or Greg. He was dismissive of my questions and wanted to get me out of the door as quickly as possible. He told me to go to the website to have my questions answered. Questions being “what’s the difference between the XLE and the Limited? What’s the average gas mileage, what’s the price difference?” I left, I did additional research online and I reached back out to the dealership and asked for a new sales associate to continue with my purchase. I was sent to Rachel who was compassionate, answered all of my questions in regard to the car, financing, down payments, trade in, warranties, and features available. We ordered a new Grand Highlander meeting my specifications and budget and she walked me through every step of the process of this new big life purchase for me and my family. Once the car arrived she spent over an hour and walked me through setting up the car, all the buttons and features, and even answers post questions a couple days later when I was confused about a feature. She has gone above and beyond just “selling a car” to make sure that I am comfortable and happy with my purchase. Rachel is absolutely everything a sales associate should be when purchasing a vehicle. Ask for her. Buy from her. We will go back to her, wherever she is, when we are ready for our next purchase because we know 100% we will be taken care of. More
