Updated - Phone service was horrible - I original review was bad. The service manager, Jeff reached out to me. That employee is no longer with the company. They did what I wanted, over the phone to look up the VIN on my used car (I had just bought from an individual) and told me there were no recalls on it. I was able to get an appointment to get my car into their service center to discuss what the concern I had with my car. Everyone was professional to me, and the other customers in the store. I was paying attention. I am sorry I had this experience, but they truly seemed to be as well. The service center still has free wifi, coffee, and water - I love the quite room so that I can work while I wait. I will start by saying I purchased my 2012 Altima and 2013 Pathfinder from this dealership. I called about a 2000 Sentra I had purchased. I just wanted the VIN checked to see if there were any recalls or issues. Justin was condescending. He wouldn't do it, he wanted to know the issue, then told me there was no issue with the part. That was not what I was asking. He literally told me he did know all the recalls and there was no need to look. "But I could bring the car in." I loved this place with prior owners, But I won't be using their service (I used too) or purchasing my next car from here. More
