I was in the market for a new truck and was talking to a friend of mine (Lance Sansone) who works at Bommarito Chevy. I told him it was too bad he works at a Chevy dealer because I really liked the way the friend of mine (Lance Sansone) who works at Bommarito Chevy. I told him it was too bad he works at a Chevy dealer because I really liked the way the new fords looked. Lance then told me that Bommarito was about to open a new Ford store in a few days and that if I came home to St. Louis (Im in the military) he would introduce me to someone who would take good care of me. Lance spoke so highly of the Bommarito family and the way that they conduct buisness that it was an easy choice for me to make the six hour drive home. Once I arrived in town and called Lance he picked me up, took me to the new ford store where he introduced me to Dan Bagy and then took me where I needed to go (I had no vehicle). That is customer service at its best folks! Dan and I talked the next day about what it was I wanted in my new truck and he searched over a 500 mile radius. Found the one and only truck I wanted, sent two drivers to Kentucky and I had my beautiful new truck the next day. Dan was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was VERY knowlegeable about all features of the F150 and a total "no pressure" professional. Mr Bommarito introduced himself to me while I was doing buisness with Mr Chris Clark (finace), who was another great guy to deal with. I could go on and on. Bottom line, GREAT experiance!! Good luck with the new store and I will be seeing you in the future when my wife or anyone in my family needs a new car. More
We had the pleasure of experiencing the services of Bommarito Ford on March 16th, 2011. We had been to a competing dealer in the area earlier that week and received nowhere near the customer service o Bommarito Ford on March 16th, 2011. We had been to a competing dealer in the area earlier that week and received nowhere near the customer service or professionalism that we received at Bommarito Ford. Dan Bagy(Sales),Tom Bommarito and Chris Clark(Finance) made sure that every detail of the transaction was explained and that we understood the different options that were available to us. Mr. Bagy was very educated on the Ford F150 truck line and was able to address any issue that we had concerning the vehicle. Mr. Bommarito explained that they had just opened the Ford dealership at the Hazelwood, Missouri location in the past two weeks and assured us that he would do everything possible to ensure that we were completely satisfied with our new Ford F150 purchase. Mr. Clark in the finance office was very well educated on Ford financing options and also the extended warranty options available for our purchase. We did trade-in a 2001 Ford F150 on the new truck so we returned to the dealership to drop off extra keys to the vehicle. We are impressed that every time we entered the doors we are greeted by every salesperson and also was stopped by Mr. Bommarito to ensure that we were having no problems with the new vehicle. We have also returned with our daughter to possibly purchase another vehicle for her use.
